Star Beach Village Water Park

We stayed at Star Beach as a group of three families for a full week, and we had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every possible way: The Rooms: Incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. It was always a pleasure to return to them at the end of the day. Food & Dining: The variety was fantastic! The main buffet and the different restaurants offered so many choices that everyone in our group—both adults and kids—always found something delicious to enjoy. Service & Bars: The staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. A special shout-out to the bar service, which was incredibly fast and efficient with practically no waiting time. Outstanding Service – A Personal Thank You: We would like to especially recognize two amazing staff members who made our stay extra special: 1. Jimmy from the fast-food area – who provided outstanding service, always with a big smile and great energy. 2. Gogo – who went above and beyond to give us the warmest and most attentive service imaginable. Thank you so much to the entire team at Star Beach for an unforgettable week! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a perfect, hassle-free vacation in Crete.

Great big location. Well spread. Animation was great, funny, not to pressing. Thanks guys and girls!! Room we had was horrible. Water tripping from air conditioner whole nigth long.

Iťs a huge hotel witha lot of buildings, quite hard to orientation here. A lot of kids, a lot of noise, a lot of screaming. However, staff is nice and kind, every welcome and helpful. Rooms are old and there is a mold and ants. We have to ask to change our room to better one - not ground floor but in first floor. It’s much better upside. Food is most amazing here. Totally crazy big choose, everything os tasty. Drinks are with real alcohol, strong and good.
