Star Beach Village Water Park

Great animatiom team. They created a nice atmospheare. Had much fun playing darts with Sarah and Elisa. Costumes were great!

Big area, good food, nice people who work there, really friendly, creative and good animation team who has a lot of funny activities! A lot of things to do in the hotel, you won’t get bored an all.

Amazing entertainment I really enjoy the atmosphere from Rosa and other entertainers

This hotel is a strange one.. location great rooms great but totally overrun with young screaming kids For a family holiday this is perfect and should be marketed as such.. no adult areas of any use as only 1 in the main restaurant and you guessed it had kids in it. Food selection was great but hot food do not expect as most food barely warm.. also not told you had to pre book the Asian and Cretan evening meals at check Great supermarket with extended opening hours. Very close to hersonissos town and lovely places especially Koutelafari a must do visit up the hill passed Yamas.. Yamas Greek night also very good and worth a visit Avoid Orange tours were very disappointed with those and mis sold so pay a little extra and get what you paid for. Didn’t get enough time at spinanlonga and the Matala visit took 4 hrs bus return for a 3 hour visit.. as beautiful as it was a waste of a day .. Would go back to Crete but Koutelafari would be the ideal choice .. lovely Greek village feel with loads of choice for bars and food and great sea views.. 20 minute hike to the beach tho and all up hill on the way back so need to factor that in Love Crete and will come back but seriously only do this hotel if you are hard of hearing or have young kids

Stunning hotel. Staff were very helpful. Food was fantastic. The only thing we as a family weren't happy with was the pools are not heated. Water was very cold. Apart from that we had an amazing holiday. Loads for the kids to do. Plenty of shops just off the complex. Great restaurant opposite. We never had a problem with sunbeds. Restaurants get very busy so as long as you get there early enough you can get a table. The same is with the entertainment. Would highly recommend this hotel.
