Star Beach Village Water Park

the location is absolutely beautiful, located right next to the beach and so many available activities everywhere- paragliding, scuba diving, massive water park, swimming pools, jet skis, and all for decent prices. even at the pool and bar so many different events with amazing entertainment! especially from Andrei and Nazar- both are absolutely hilarious, and provided great entertainment. Games such as volleyball, water polo, beer pong and darts were all available, as well as aquagym. the all you can eat buffet was great, providing a different cuisine each day. I wish i could stay longer 😞 i don’t think my sister and i would have laughed so much without nazar and andrei, so a big thank you to them as well 🥰

My 14 year old Daughter and I travelled to Crete on August 2nd 2026 for a week break. On arrival we were warmly greeted and given clear information about the hotel and its facilities, with a map and directions. We were then collected by a hotel worker who took our cases and drove us across the road to our room. Initially I was surprised as I thought it was all on one location, however they have blocks across the road, these also have smaller dining areas for breakfast and you can use the main area also which I have to say was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacey and very comfortable, shower gel, shampoo dispensers were standard and rooms were cleaned and fresh linen given every day to a super standard. The food was lovely, the main dining restaurant was probably one of the best I’ve visited, it felt more of a high four star standard and we never had to eat out once as it was such good quality. The all inclusive was well worth it even though I am not a big drinker as such the wine was nice and there was plenty of choice, a decent co tail list too. The pool areas are nice too, a couple of small areas and the main pool with a snack bar, this was nice and relaxing and very safe for kids of all ages. Across the road is the attached waterpark, this road is quiet and easily navigated, the sunbeds are high quality with thick padded beds and are free to hotel guests, the beach is right there too but beds are around 8 euros. My only complaint is minor and that on one of the days a mini rave was in full flow and some beds were unavailable due to this being a paid event, music was so loud but this was only in the day. There is so much to do, go kart track next door and a short walk along the straight road into the main busy shopping area. I was very dubious when booking as I booed late but we loved this hotel and would definitely return again. Ignore any bad reviews, I’ve travelled extensively across USA, UAE, Europe and stopped in some incredible hotels, don’t get me wrong it’s not a five start but for a week with a family it’s a great stay, decent price and the food was better than many more hotels I’ve paid much more for. Hotel is ok but too open anyones can enter swimming pools and water park. gym is not in hotel no air-conditioning there and open only from 10am till 5pm. WiFi is rubbish. Animation was good and friendly.

The two gents, Nazar & Andre are brilliant. Fun game with great challenges if you miss the board.

I loved the entertainment in Star Beach! We brought our children everyday to the Kids Club and they loved the two girls there. They were so kind and created such a good atmosphere there. I felt absolutely safe to leave my kids there.
