Star Beach Village Water Park

The animation team made the holiday, especially Nazar and Andrei, they were brilliant and so much fun and included the kids in all the activities and always made time for the kids and went the extra mile making their holiday so memorable.

Highly recommend Star Beach - could not fault anything from the attentive and quick check in to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, fantastic location with ease of getting to everything on site, beautiful well maintained grounds, choice of pools (and no need to reserve sunbeds!!), choice of daytime entertainment with brilliant entertainers - Andrei, Hazar and Rosa must be named, such a credit to the place - really get to know their guests and make the holiday that extra bit special with lots of laughs. Thanks guys!

The best holiday we have been on!!! Thank you so much to Star Village, my partner and I had the most amazing holiday staying at your hotel/ resort. I would first like to thank the staff who were all extremely pleasent, professional, friendly and most helpful, a special mention to Andrei from the Animation Team who took the time to talk to us and make us feel welcome daily, he was great and is definitely an asset to your hotel! The hotel goes above and beyond a 4 star, I would say some areas/ aspects of the hotel are pushing a 5 star, if not a 5. The facilities this hotel offers are amazing, there are multiple pools on site, we chilled around the main pool during the day and joined in with aqua aerobics in the morning we went to the waterpark on a couple of the days - the slides are great, and this is all included! Later in the afternoon we chilled by one of the quieter pools near our accomodation over at Star Beach City where our room was. The gardens and paths around the hotel are beautifully kept. Our Annex room at 412 was lovely over at Star Beach City - I can see some negative reviews about being able to cross the main road to get to the accomation, however, there is an underground tunnel you can use to cross this road, and it literally only takes 5 minutes to get to the pool from your room, so please ignore all of the negative reviews regarding this, it states there is a tunnel online you can use to cross safely to get across to the other side. The rooms are cleaned and freshened up daily, with two replenshished bottles of water put in the fridge daily, the room also has a coffee machine with coffee pods, a large plasma TV, and is a very modern room with lovely fixtures and fittings, the rooms are also completely sound proof, you cannot hear any of the neighbouring rooms. The room safe is also free of charge, so you have peace of mind storing expensive/ important belongings and documents without the extra charge - a lot of hotels charge for the use of the room safes, so we thought this was a nice gesture. The food at this hotel was out of this world, we dined in the main restaurant daily and enjoyed the various themed food they put on in the restaurant, which changed daily. There were live cooking stations for fresh fish, meat, pastas, pizzas, the themed cooking areas - I can highly recommend the fresh omelettes in the morning! All food was cooked to perfection at this hotel, we did not have one bad meal! We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer food wise, so please ignore any negative reviews about the food, you will not be dissapointed. There are various snack bars around the hotel which offer fresh salads, burgers, pizzas, toasties, chips, onion rings, and it is all cooked fresh to order - open 10am-6pm daily. The drinks at this hotel were great, they offered a great selection on the all inclusive, including wines/ spirits, cocktails, slush, coffees, both iced and hot. There is also help yourself icecream which was lovely ans soft by the pool and in the restaurant. The night entertainment was great, we enjoyed the live acts/ singers and bingo. The Animation Team were all very friendly, and put on various activities throughout the day and night which you could get involved in, such as Aqua Aerobics, Darts, Pilates, Beer Pong etc. The location is great - just a short stroll to local shops/ bars/ restaurants and the beach is literally linked to the hotel... we only left the hotel for a walk, and did not feel the need to purchase any food or drink outside of the hotel because it was that good, we felt we would miss out if we ate else where. We honestly miss this hotel so much already; we would definitely consider returning in the future for another holiday! Please ignore any negative reviews about this hotel - we honestly had the most amazing time! Thank you again Star Beach Village Hotel!

Terrible hotel! Be aware that some of the rooms are not actually located on the hotel premises. We were placed in a building about a 10-minute walk away from the main hotel. The walk to and from the hotel was a nightmare. To get there, you have to walk along and cross a very busy main road with no sidewalks and no pedestrian crossings. Every trip felt dangerous and stressful. If you are traveling with children, this is completely unacceptable. There is a real risk of a child running into traffic, and there are no safe walking routes. This information was not made clear when booking, and we felt completely misled. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children.
