Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Excellent choice of pools for children however all pools extremely cold this time of year my 6 year old barely went in. Water park is fantastic. Restaurants must be booked at the start of stay we wanted to cancel and re book for another night but this was not possible so we missed out on a night. Make sure you do this as soon as possible. Kids club 5* rooms 5* as expected food wise for all inclusive. Cocktails and coffees superb great evening entertainment.

Fation, Alex, valantin to name a few at the Thalassa Bar were incredible! The whole team there made us feel so welcome and looked after. Truly 5* service. Honestly, that goes for every member of staff but these guys were just incredible. We are very much looking forward to coming back. Kindest regards Matthew J Strutt

We particularly appreciated the setting. The hotel is beautiful, and both the cocktails and food were excellent. The negative points were the noise in the rooms coming from neighboring rooms and from outside, the unpleasant smell that came from the drains around the pool area. I’m not entirely convinced that the pools were truly clean, and although the sunbeds were very comfortable, they were unfortunately dirty most of the time. The staff at the reservations desk were extremely unfriendly and not helpful at all. At times, they even came across as dismissive and borderline mocking. On the other hand, the staff at the Poseidon restaurant, the buggy drivers, the bartenders and Eva were all very kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about us and our experience.

Just home from one of the best holidays we have been on in a very long time . There are so many happy memories so I will try and keep it short . We stayed 10 nights in Stella Palace Crete . This was our first holiday as a 5 . Myself, my wife and three kids (ages 7,5 & 1). Hotel - cleanliness of the highest standards. - Rooms cleaned every day - fresh towels, fresh water and coffee. - very spacious Pools - such a choice . We loved exploring every one of them . - clear, blue and cleaned every day. - onsite waterpark was brilliant. Great slides of all ages . Food - out of this world!!! - our favourite restaurants were the Asian Restaurant and Veranda (steak house ). - Great selection of foods in Posideon also . Great variety for kids. - pancakes and ice cream shack beside playground is lovely treat that our kids loved visiting every day . Kids Club - Unbelievable service. - We opted for the 3-6pm booking option but they also have a morning options available. - Our 5 & 7 year old girls loved going there every day . - special mention to Marco and Rocco for looking after our girls . Both two nice guys and that loved their job and made happy holiday memories for our girls . - kids disco was great every night so the girls could show off their dance moves. - shows very night were very good also .i.e circus show and magic show Beach - Another highlight of our holiday and we love beaches - Exclusive to stella and location right behind hotel - Complimentary sunbeds - the hotel keeps the beach area so clean. We went here every day , so relaxing, beautiful clear blue water (we even got to do some snorkeling.....amazing experience). Hotel / Bar Staff - so friendly and always helped us if we needed anything - we were always greeted with a smile very day - special mention to bar managers Johanna and Alex - so friendly and made lovely cocktails for us and great mocktails for our Girls ( Funkey Monkey and Summer Breeze their favourites ❤️ Overall super experience and thanks fo lookng after our young family so well. This is the first holiday that we never left the resort...we didn't need to...... this hotel had everything you could possibly need. Just emailed reservations to enquire about booking for 2027 . Highly recommend and you will not be disappointed.

Horrible experience hotels just for show the staff are very rude they do not care about there guests only money unbelievable experience bad customer service and management are so rude also they do not care about anyone except themselves.
