Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort

After speaking to one of the managers, it was explained to me that they had not been informed about my disability. They assured me that, had they known in advance, they would have prepared more suitable and comfortable accommodation for me. Unfortunately, by the time I raised the issue, the resort was fully booked and no room changes were possible. Having heard this explanation, I realise that next time I will make sure to properly inform the hotel of my mobility requirements before travelling. Apart from this issue, the hotel is very nice. The staff are well-trained, professional, friendly, and always smiling. Their hospitality made my stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Andrea and the dining room staff for their excellent service, as well as the club car drivers who were always helpful and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality.

Stella Palace, 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just arrived home, Firstly pools are very warm, Sunbeds a plenty and you can book restaurants on arrival, but expect availability will be towards end of your stay. Mexican was the highlight, I think it was not only the staff & food but also the size, it feels very intimate and comfortable. It's True what all people say, the staff are exceptional, always so happy to see you, our favourite was Richard at Elia in the Morning, he's a beautiful soul. I also cannot say thank you enough to Chrysoula at Guest Services, she had pre arranged our intimate family vow renewal and booked an amazing photographer Pavlos, it was everything we wanted and more. The kids 7&8 years old where overwhelmed by how amazing the kids club & staff where, they didn't want to leave, we had so much free time together as a couple. Only thing to note that needs improvement in my opinion is the lack of public toilets around the resort, and the ones available are very over used they are normally smelly, always a toilet attendant on hand though trying their best. Cocktails and drinks available are extremely good, white wine was not to my taste but the Rose was delicious and you can ask for a bottle rather than glass with your meal. I would 100% reccomend this hotel to family & friends in a heart beat. Thank you Stella Palace, we look forward to hopefully returning xxxxx

We had a really great stay at Stella Palace in April this year and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a family holiday in Greece. The rooms were spacious, modern, and kept really clean the whole time we were there. We especially liked the family room setup, with a sliding door between the double bed and the two single beds. It gave everyone a bit more privacy and made the room feel much more practical for families. The food was good overall, but the Asian restaurant was easily our favourite. Everything from the food itself to the presentation and service was spot on. There were loads of pools to choose from, which was great, although the water could be a bit cold. The water park was brilliant too and kept both the kids and adults entertained for hours. The thing that really made the holiday for us though was the bar team. Antonis and Juliana were amazing from day one. They were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to have a chat, and they genuinely made an effort with everyone. Their attitude and service added so much to our experience. We’d also like to mention the bar supervisor, Michail, who was always professional, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly. The whole team created such a great atmosphere and became one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, Stella Palace was even better than we expected. We will definitely come back again in the future.

Incredible place to stay rooms very comfortable and clean plenty to do for the children restaurants were excellent

We had the best weather for our stay. Wasn't too hot, just right. The kids loved the water park, we were between the waterpark and pools all day, every day. We loved the asian restaurant, but also the buffet has a nice choice of food. The staff were all pretty friendly, smiling and mostly helpful. The only thing we felt that let the hotel down massively, was the evening entertainment. I mean, kids will mostly like to watch anything, but it just looked like the stage didn't match the rest of the hotel. There was not enough seats too. We found daily animation pushed us for good reviews poolside, but came here to say that all the evening shows were not up to standard, at all. If this was fixed, our experience would have been perfect.
