Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort

Terrible experience . Went with my family for the second time at this hotel . Front desk staff are rude & very unprofessional. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone & will never return

Stella Palace is simply fabulous. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely outstanding - and the drinks are exceptional. Best 5 star we have stayed and and here for our 3rd visit! Highly recommend the direct access pools - no sunbed wars as you have your own beds next to a sharing pool outside your room! Waterpark is a lot of fun.

A wonderful All-Inclusive resort with great staff and amenities! Every one of the staff were friendly, courteous and worked to make sure guests had a good time. The sandy beach was small but clean & ideal for swimming. 5 themed restaurants on site provided a wonderful variety of Mexican, Asian, Steakhouse, Fish, Greek meals,pool snack bar and 1 swim up bar. The poolside service was great, with waiters delivering drinks all day long. The view from our room was awesome, most of the rooms face the pools. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. They had nightly entertainment; themed shows and lots of activities during the day. You won't be bored! Be aware: this resort is popular with families bringing kids, toddlers and babies, so there will be lots of them in the pool, around the bars and in other common areas. We were not happy with guest's taking drinks in glasses to the sunbeds. We let the hotel know our concerns... but not hotels fault.. And to top it off! It has a massive water park.. All in all, it was a great experience. Craig uk

Amazing time here, animation team were incredible, friendly, happy, join in, chatty ,first class! Food was great 2 of us coeliac so need gluten free food, you can ask for pancakes and bread in the mornings, pizza pasta during the day, cant eat from the kiosk between the pools, can have ice cream from kiosk closest to entertainment pool. You can eat at slide pool but cant take it from there ( pizza etc available) speciality restaurants were really good Mexican our favourite, desserts need improving not much choice for us, would also say most sauces have gluten in them goodness knows why! Bar staff were awesome they do not stop all day, great choice of drinks loved the porn star martini. From sunsets to the beach, turtles to the left when heading towards the beach by the yellow railing, shops and bars to the right. Ideal location 20 mins from the airport. Fab holiday would most definitely return.

Such an amazing experience went here 2 years in a row with my family the staff are so friendly bartenders and entertainers especially the food and drink are top notch too special shoutout to mik who me and my family found such a friendly entertainer miss doing waterpolo every day to anyone thinking of going strongly recommend amazing hotel
