Just returned from this amazing place - cannot praise the staff, the rooms the cleanliness and the food had a fabulous week and would definitely return - kids loved the water park - The meal and service at the Veranda specialty restaurant was superb more than 5*

Was great place to stay, was a problem with room service, and one more the food to salty!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Fantastic Family Holiday at Stella Palace Crete Key Highlights: • Incredible, supportive, and caring staff • Extremely clean and tidy throughout • Brilliant water park for all ages • Tasty food with great all-inclusive options • Fantastic kids entertainment, mini disco, and evening shows • No availability for à la carte dining unless pre-booked in advance Arrived at Stella Palace Crete from Manchester to a really warm welcome. We stayed in room 547, which was in a great location and was spotless, everything was extremely clean and tidy. On arrival, we had to download the hotel app (Stella hotels), but unfortunately the à la carte restaurants were fully booked for the entire week, so definitely pre-book before coming to avoid disappointment. All the pools are fantastic and cater to children of all ages, though none are heated, so it can take a moment to adjust, bringing wetsuits for the kids might be a good idea. There are plenty of sun loungers and their no reservation policy on sun-beds is awesome! The kids entertainment team were brilliant and really made the holiday extra special. The mini disco was a big hit, and the evening entertainment was great for the whole family. We ended up having to extend our stay due to our son being admitted to hospital with a head injury, and the hotel truly couldn’t have done more for us. The staff were simply outstanding, they supported my wife while I was at the hospital and made an incredibly stressful situation much easier by handling the extension of our stay and room without any issues. They were superb, thank you so much! We would definitely return. If you’re a beach enthusiast, this might not be the hotel for you, but for us, being all about the pools and water park, it was ideal. The all-inclusive package was really good, with plenty of daytime snacks around the park and hotel and only a few extra charges. Overall, such a brilliant family holiday, 5 🌟

Amazing place. Absolutely spotless and amenities galore. Entertainment team were excellent. Big shout out to Mark and Dr Zia’s I think it’s spelled correctly. This resort had big plush sunbeds by the pool. Pool was cleaned every single morning and drinks brought to you poolside. Staff were all very friendly and the whole set up was great. Food was plenty but as I have seen commented before, the temperature of it could be a bit warmer. There are plenty of restaurants at this resort covering fish n Asian n steaks n buffets etc. I don’t try the spa while I was there 6th April to 13th. I must say please do try go out into the local places, some are only a five to ten minute walk away. The locals are amazing n have such a laugh with u, not to mention throwing in a few rakis to finish your meal. I will return again for sure. Nb. If going stay of April, bring some light jumpers or tops for evening as it can be fresh enough at times.

We have just returned home and once again enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at Stella Palace Resort & Spa! 🇬🇷☀️🫶🏻 The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, warm, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. This was our second visit, and it was even better than the first. As a family, we felt completely comfortable, well cared for, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. A special highlight for us was being able to bring our small mini poodle (under 4 kg!) in a discreet and secure pet carrier, which made our holiday even more special. It is still rare to find a 5-star hotel that is so open and welcoming towards dogs, and Stella Palace truly sets an example in this regard. This also reflects the excellent and open-minded hotel management: the managers are highly present throughout the resort, whether in the restaurants or around the pool areas, always close to the guests and actively engaged. The food was outstanding – diverse, fresh, and consistently of excellent quality. Rooms, cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere were all first-class and perfectly maintained. A big compliment to the entire team for their dedication and hospitality – everything is done to make guests feel welcome and valued. We will definitely return and hope future guests will also experience this wonderful atmosphere. A small note: there are tip boxes in each restaurant, and we highly recommend using them as a sign of appreciation for the amazing staff 🙏🏻💖 Also, a friendly request to fellow guests: it would be wonderful if portions were chosen more mindfully – taking smaller amounts first and trying different dishes, rather than overfilling plates. The kitchen team prepares everything with great care and passion, and it is truly a shame to see food being wasted. The quality is exceptional and deserves full appreciation.
