Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort

Amazing 3rd holiday at Stella palace. We travelled as a family of 4 (two kids, 2 adults) and my mum in her 70’s. We’d just lost my dad and so we invited her along. We couldn’t have had a better place to make some new memories together. The food is fantastic, we loved the big buffet downstairs for a huge choice and lovely fresh salads. Upstairs the breakfast has a spectacular view down to the sea. Our room was incredible with a view into the sharing pool. Which was just the icing on the cake. All staff we met were brilliant - they even invented a vodka margarita for me! Kids loved the water park. I loved not having to cook a thing for a week and we all loved the beautiful surrounding. Just booked to go back this summer for our 4th trip and cannot wait.

Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay at Stella Palace, I would recommend staying in a room with a swim up shared pool if staying with children. My family especially enjoyed the pool party as a highlight of our stay

Great hotel for families. We split our stay between Stella Palace and Stella Village, staying 4 nights at Palace and 3 nights at Village. Village is as good as Palace, the only difference is that pools at the Palace are better. We really enjoyed the all inclusive aspect of the hotel, as the quality of foods and drinks was very good. Cocktails at both hotels were superb - I stayed in many all inclusive hotels and Stella's quality was far better than anywhere else. Staff was incredibly hard working and friendly, in every single department - from reception staff to cleaners, from bell boys to restaurant staff. We had a very great time and would definitely like to come back.

A truely fantastic stay at an amazing hotel with fantastic facilities with even better staff. It blows my mind to see bad reviews complaining about the staff being rude or unprofessional. I can only think those complaining are the customers i witnessed being down right rude and obnoxious to the staff. Treat others the way you would like to be treated! We found them to be amazingly friendly, professional and went out of their way to make our stay as great as it was! We went in October as 2 adults 2 children (14 and 12) staying in a direct access room by the 900 bar. The room was beautiful, spacious and very well laid out. Loved having the 900 bar right there to end the evening and to retreat to during the day for a bit of chill time. Bar man Yiannis there made you feel so welcome and had great banter! With this room we were able to use Veranda for breakfast which was a lovely start to the day! We had no problems booking al a carte restaurants, our favourites being Enso, Veranda (steak) and Abrazzo (mexican) - so so good!!! Poisiden the main restaurant was great with plenty of options, great desserts and seriously tasty pizza! Also loved the snack bars at the main pool and waterpark, plenty on offer including salads if you want something lighter. The cocktails all over the hotel are delicious!! The waterpark is fantastic fun for both kids and adults! We went on the Seacrete catamaran cruise and it was a brilliant relaxing day with a lovely crew. We stopped in a beautiful bay at Dia island to enjoy snorkelling, swimming and paddleboarding. Followed by a very tasty lunch then sipped a glass of rose on the cruise back. With only 9 quests on the catamaran it was so relaxing and I highly recommend. We also took a taxi into Hersonnisos for a few hours one day which was fun. If you exit Stella by the beach and turn right there are some nice restaurants, bars and shops if you fancy a wee walk. I have been lucky enough to stay at a good few 5 star hotels and Stella Palace is my joint favourite (with Nana Golden Beach). I highly recomnend and wouldnt hesitate in returning. Dont be put off by the bad reviews, some people are never happy. Thank you everyone at Stella Palace, we had a great time!!

A really lovely hotel. Fantastic for young families. Great pool, fab drinks, gorgeous food. We had a fab time. Things to weigh up before you travel: There is not a lot outside of the hotel, no bars within walking distance. The beach isn’t great. The evening entertainment is more suited to younger children. The pool is freezing in October. The bar staff are brilliant but the lobby bar is very busy and service is slow, they do their best but there is usually a queue. The main buffet restaurant is busy and like a canteen, Elia is amazing for breakfast and lunch. The best bits: The pool bar is fantastic. Great service and the drinks are delivered to your sunbed. The sunbeds are so comfortable. The hotel is so quiet once the all inclusive ends at midnight. The rooms are really lovely. The wine is amazing. Really friendly staff. We had no problem at all booking into the a’la Cartes. Don’t eat all day - the portions are huge. It’s an expensive holiday and I’m not sure we would return but we had a lovely time.
