Ventale Island Breeze Resort

It was from start to finish just pure relaxation and luxury for us. The staff were wonderful at all times. Very helpful,happy and professional. The hotel itself seemed brand new if not it was very well maintained everywhere. It never seemed crowded anywhere. In fact we felt like the only guests there sometimes especially by the communal pool. Most guests use their own pool/balconies which leaves the hotel very quiet which we loved. Also all amenities are close together which we also liked. If you were on the beach and needed to get something from your room it was so close. We went on a special deal and felt it was pure luxury.

My experience at Ventalia Hotel was truly exceptional and deserves every bit of praise. What impressed me the most was Mr. Antonis, the hotel manager, who stands out for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction. He leads his team with calmness and courtesy, while also personally ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service, paying attention even to the smallest detail and making everyone feel special and truly welcome. His presence inspires confidence both in the guests and in his team. The staff is excellently trained, always willing to help with a warm smile and a positive attitude. The facilities are outstanding and exceptionally clean. Overall, Ventalia Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone seeking high-quality service and a truly pleasant stay. I will definitely visit again in the future.

Really great experience from beginning to end. Met at checkin with a welcome drink and friendly staff and was given a surprise gift when I left ... nothing was left to chance. The room was very comfortable and well furnished and the view was fantastic. Food was varied and freshly cooked and catered for most people, the waiting staff. were very cheerful and attentive. Beach was fabulous and the beach bar great ... in short a very good stay and will be coming back!

The hotel itself is excellent in every aspect - beautiful apartments, a welcoming atmosphere, outstanding service, and impressive attention to detail. Venatale Hotel is without question one of the finest places to stay in Crete, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special holiday. Lovely hotel, we had a swim up pool but unfortunately it was very cold so only usable as a plunge pool after the sauna 😆 The staff were all very friendly especially Adrianna in the restaurant-she was so warm and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The closeness to the beach is a real bonus and never any bother getting sun loungers. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk away. All in all a lovely place to stay
