Ventale Island Breeze Resort

Ventale Island Breeze is a beautiful hotel, smallish, with superb facilities. The staff are all incredibly friendly and can't do enough for you. Each night there was some great entertainment such as a saxophonist, violinist and various singers (mostly playing while we had our evening meal, but also on the beach on a couple of nights). The food variety was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning. From start to finish the staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble The food delicious, praise to all the chefs and waiting staff. A La Carte night is not to be missed, The locally sourced Greek menu recommended by George was first class.( A special mention to George for his knowledge and friendliness ) Thank you for the simply scrumptious Birthday cake complete with candles given to my husband it was a wonderful special touch. A gentle stroll to the private stretch of beach with oh so comfortable beds. A lovely beach bar you could even order from your beds if your feeling lazy! Our room amazing with our own swim up pool. The bed very comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. The attention to detail superb! We would definitely recommend.

I rarely endeavour to commit to write a review on this platform, which is perhaps ironic as I always use Trip Advisor as part of my holiday selection criteria. However on this occasion, I felt compelled to commend the staff and share some commentary regarding the wonderful experience we had at the Ventale Luxury Breeze Resort. The hotel is located a little remotely from the village of Georgioupolis. It is presented exceptional well and upon arrival and our first impressions were that the hotel is clearly new, incredibly clean and very modern in design. Our hand picked room was overlooking the Kavros beach, it was quiet, spacious and provided us with a modern design and facilities. We opted to stay on a half board basis, which was a fine choice given the location of the hotel, the service provided by the hotel team, the luxury surroundings for dining and the food quality and variety of selection available. During our stay we had 2 à la carte dining experience with one being undertaken at the hotel dedicated à la carte restaurant and the other focussing upon a sea food menu but this time being undertaken at the beach bar / restaurant, which provided a idealistic scene, right out of the “Shirley Valentine” movie. Younger people - you may need to look this up! We spent most of our days on the private beach which had dedicated sunbeds for hotel guests. However, the pool area offers such a relaxing and gorgeous setting, that it is a must during your stay. Whilst this hotel is not the cheapest option you will find, you will realise why once you have visited it. The luxuries are abundant, the staff really are the most courteous people I have ever met (and I have travelled a lot) and the hotel setting and overall provision makes it well worth the expense. If you are looking for a quiet, unique and relaxing experience with a personal touch to your stay, this hotel needs to be at the very pinnacle of your list. Finally, I would rarely choose to name people in such a review, as even if the comments are complementary, as I believe the individuals should be consulted. So I did speak to a few staff members such that I could present them on this platform. A shout out to the following team members: Kiki the front of house manager for her super communication and the welcoming of her front desk team. Àdreanna from the restaurants for her kind manner, chats and for teaching me some Greek language. Victoria the fitness instructor who kindly didn’t laugh while teaching my wife and I yoga! The teacher makes the lesson! We kept going back for more torture. George from the à la carte dining experience, who is one of the most honest, decent persons I have ever met. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He additionally keeps his promises to help the holiday experience be individualised. There were many other team members that also provided such a great service that I honestly felt ever person at the hotel was committed to the pleasant and professional ethos the hotel is looking to provide. A super hotel, great ambience, lovely facilities and above all, a great team.

Ventale Island Breeze Resort truly exceeded all my expectations. The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always smiling, creating a genuinely friendly atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and direct access to the ocean. I also appreciated the variety of activities and facilities available — from the pool to the beachside areas, everything was designed to make the stay enjoyable. The staff handled every request quickly and kindly, always going the extra mile to make sure guests felt taken care of. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or even solo, this place is perfect for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can’t recommend Ventale Island Breeze Resort enough.

We spent our honeymoon here and had a truly memorable stay. The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a private pool room, which made our stay even more special. One of the biggest strengths of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The team was always willing to assist, whether it was with recommendations, local advice, or helping us make the most of our time in Crete. Their hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The beach area is excellent, with comfortable sunbeds and a relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the free parking, reliable Wi-Fi, smart room features, and the overall attention to detail throughout the property. The location is another major advantage. It is a great base for exploring Crete, with many of the island's most beautiful attractions within reasonable driving distance. As part of our honeymoon, we also chose to treat ourselves to a few special experiences offered by the hotel. They were a lovely addition to our stay and helped create beautiful memories. The only area where we felt there is still room for improvement is the food. While it was perfectly acceptable, it did not quite match the exceptionally high standard set by the hotel, the facilities, and the staff.
