Me & My friend stayed here for just under a week we’ve just got back we had a brilliant time can’t fault anything upgraded to a pool room for free the hotel staff were friendly I didn’t catch the few guys in the receptions names but always helpful the lifeguards and food court people always smiling food was great always something different so much couldn’t eat the 4 times a day it was put on brekki was enough with a kebab sometimes if going out as some restaurants still open or dinner and tea if wasn’t selection of drinks no complaints just wish they had an ice coffee on the menu our room was awesome & even extended our last day no charge until we left in the evening bar tenders were always happy drinks good the cleaning everyday was fab’ entertainment was also amazing with a big shout out to Tekla, Rico, and Angela. Who all made our stay extra enjoyable games for all ages plus there was a good bunch of people staying there and the weather was unexpectedly cracking for that week plus a trip or two (recommend lake kournas and geropoli) hotel it’s on a good bus route to rethymno for old town/markets all in all 10/10 :)) no fighting for sun beds lots of pools with different areas depending on your vibe the self service machines all over were a great touch just wasn’t anything well much to do really to do apart from a beach bar this time of year outside the hotel only a few mins walk can’t remember the name but wasn’t needed! The shops have all you need that’s about with the tourist place organisers too accessible with some ace deals - would defo return of go back to Crete as we want to travel everywhere we can lol oh both airports are about as close as each other too as we used both of them transfer took a while so recommend private one just pricier is all the taxi into the town 15 euro or two on bus 9.10 if want to go a little further into chania which is beautiful that can all be bought from the supermarkets & gift shops all the info I got came from the hotel as well a 4* hotel plus the families seemed to love the slides I didn't use them but didn’t hear anyone moaning whilst we was there I get holidays are what you make them I never write reviews but had to for this one as deserves all the praise given thanks Ioni & Michelle xx

Fabulous hotel we had a superior room which was spacious and very clean . Staff are friendly and hardworking large choice of food available numerous pools always able to get a sunbed.

We’re not the type to complain and wouldn’t usually write a review, but we felt it was worth doing. The staff were friendly & hardworking. The food was great with plenty of choice, the snack bar & drinks were good too. We had a room by the smaller pool, which was very quiet, and we almost had sole use of that area which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself let things down. We understand the hotel has had a change in ownership. I'm unsure if rooms are in the process of getting renovated but ours clearly hadn’t been done. It was very dated, extremely basic, and not comfortable whatsoever. We did book a standard room however this room is not in-keeping with a 4* hotel at all... More like 2* The bathroom was tiny and impractical. The door barely closed because of the closeness to the sink, the doorknob was broken off and there was a strong sewage smell throughout our stay. The mattress was also extremely uncomfortable, more like a camp bed, which made sleeping difficult. The biggest issue, though, was the red ant infestation. We noticed ants coming in and out of the woodwork in the bedroom with no food source nearby. We both woke up covered in bites, with red ants crawling in the bed sheets. We each had at least ten bites and spent the rest of the trip itching and scratching. We completely understand that red ants are part of the environment, but waking up with them in the bed and around the room is, in our opinion, an issue. The visible gaps in the woodwork definitely didn’t help. We asked to change rooms, and were told that wasn’t possible and that the room would be treated instead. That was frustrating, as we would have preferred to move given the situation. I personally didn't like the receptionists dismissive attitude, but even so, he did get a staff member to treat the room and change the bedding, but the whole experience really overshadowed what could have been a decent stay. The entertainment was fine... karaoke, quiz nights, bingo etc The team clearly work hard to keep guests happy. There are a few souvenir shops/supermarket right next door, and an excursion shop just a few buildings away offering great deals. Late check-out is charged at €10 per hour, and if you leave your luggage after check-out, it’s kept behind a partition rather than in a secure room/locker. It’s easily accessible to anyone passing by, so it didn’t feel secure. Overall, the staff and food were nice, but the condition of the room and the ant issue really let the hotel down for us so we wouldn't return.

We were so impressed by the hotel and will go back. We have stayed at many All Inclusive hotels and this was the best. There wasn’t one meal where we looked at the food and didn’t find it appetising, there was always a good choice, it was replenished and fresh. The staff definitely take pride in the preparation and display of all elements of the food offering. They have thought of everything - so many nice touches and spotless. The staff in the restaurant clear away promptly, are friendly and work very hard. The rooms are cleaned daily and ours was spacious. A mirror in 404 and a screen in the shower would stop the loo getting soaked but these things were no problem at all - just friendly feedback. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly. The pools are all lovely and having four meant there was no lack of beds. The bar is great and the bar staff and entertainment team do a great job. Our evenings were fun and you can join in or not, no pressure. We cannot compliment the hotel enough - we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and the staff are a credit to the hotel. We hope to return! We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel with my family! Everything was perfect — the food, the room, the cleanliness and the amazing staff who were always helpful and ready to assist. A special thanks to the animators Tekla, Rico, and Angela, who entertained us so much and especially to Adriana, the lifeguard at the slides, who became my baby boy’s favorite person. She was so sweet and kind the whole time (she is very beautiful)❤️ We would definitely visit this hotel again — it’s totally worth it!
