Ikos Oceania

We rerurned home last week from our first Ikos experience, and truthfully, all of our expectations were well and truly exceeded! When we arrived at the Hotel were were welcomed by a delightful Lady who whisked us away from reception to a comfortable seat, ensured we had a glass of Sparkling wine, and provided us with every detail we needed to enyoy our stay. She kindly organised all of our al a carte reservations and ensured we knew where all of the Hotel facilies where to be found. The Hotel is in a fabulous location and the views are breathtaking as are the immaculate gardens - in fact immaculate pretty much sums up all aspects of this Hotel. Our room 1213 was light and fresh with everything we could possibly need. Whenever we returned to our room it was spotless thanks to our amazing Maids Jana and Angela! They made us so welcome, they were such tremendous fun and improved our Greek holiday phrases immensely. (Thank you Ladies xx). The food and service in both the buffet and a la carte restaurants is of the highest quality and we returned home a deal heavier than when we left! The one thing that sets this Hotel apart is the amazing staff! We have been lucky enough to enjoy many holidays in Greece and we have always found the staff excellent wherever we have stayed. The staff at the Ikos Oceania are, however, on another level altogether. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone we met seemed genuinely pleased to see us and were happy to go the extra mile to ensure we the best possible time. Our particular thanks must go to Irini and JuLio at the Aqua Pool. They looked after us so very well, could not have made us more welcome and shared so much laughter! Thank you guys so much you made our holiday very special!

Put simply, Ikos Oceania was like being cocooned in a world of elegance, dreamy landscapes and the most fabulous, gracious and friendly team of people I’ve ever come across in one location. This impressive yet gentle group of people couldn’t do enough for us and every interaction was without exception, heartwarming, joyful and personal. This comes so easily and naturally to people like Nikolas, Stavros, Konstantina, who each have the Midas touch. We shall definitely revisit and can’t wait!

Excellent in every way, Ikos makes everything possible! Food is outstanding, wine choice wonderful. Adult pool was our favourite with an incredible French restaurant as the backdrop. All of the restaurants were amazing and the staff can’t do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. The courtesy Tesla is a nice touch too ! Thank you Ikos. ⭐️

Our fourth visit to Oceania, and there are multtiple reasons we keep going back, two of them being the stunning location and wonderful food and drinks. But the biggest pull is the wonderful staff who give the most outstanding service 24/7. The Deluxe Pool is beyond fabulous - thank you Despina, Tom, Miltos, Savvy, Nikos, Justine and Vaggelis for all you do, plus Maria and Kostas for lifeguard and beach buddy duties; you are all exceptional at your jobs and the most entertaining company - you made us very happy at Table 46 (😉) and we hope Despina recovers soon from her injury. We had amazing meals at Ouzo (Tania & her whole team rock), Anaya (lovely Alina, ex-Deluxe Pool, and her whole team are amazing), Flavors (Dina and Despina 😍) and Provence (thank you Fatjola for the excellent recommendations). A big shoutout to the cleaning and gardening teams who work so very hard to keep the resort immaculate - we appreciate you! Dimitris in Guest Relations is as helpful and present as ever, we loved catching up with him around the resort, plus Stavros in Deluxe Concierge was a joy. It really is an exceptional resort and are already looking at another stay in Oct as well as next summer!

Another amazing trip to Ikos Oceania! For us this is just bliss we are so well looked after in every aspect, from the moment we arrive it’s just total relaxation. Food was excellent especially our amazing dinner on the beach ! Anaya and ouzo were also standouts. Room immaculate as always and peaceful! Staff are just incredible there is nothing they won’t do to make your stay amazing ! Huge gratitude to Dimitris, guest relations manager who is quite frankly outstanding at his job, we can’t thank you enough! Deluxe concierge team always brilliant and helpful. Deluxe pool staff, vaggelis, miltos, Tom and team you are all excellent!! (Despina we missed you they did you proud!) Was also lovely to see ex deluxe pool team Alina in Anaya! Housekeeping also deserve a shoutout as they work incredibly hard and always have a smile. We are trying kissamos in August which I’m sure will be wonderful but have no doubt we will be back to Oceania next year again! As long time Ikos guests we always think can it get better? And then it does ! Thank you x
