Ikos Oceania

We have not long returned from a wonderful week-long family holiday at Ikos Oceania.  This was our third visit to an Ikos, having been to Dassia & Olivia previously.  From booking until we left the hotel, the Ikos team were amazing. Elsa kindly oversaw a couple of requests we had asked (if possible) in relation to our room to celebrate my wife’s birthday – thank you! When we arrived, the check-in team were great and made themselves available to answer any questions to make sure we could settle in at the resort. Our room was great with an amazing view, spotlessly clean, and stayed that way all week.  Irini, who manages the team at the Aqua pool, was a delight to meet, as were all the members of her team, but notably George and Juluno (sorry, I’ve misspelt his name).  They looked after us so well, making sure we were fully hydrated and could enjoy our chill-out time by the pool - They worked so hard in the summer heat. The restaurants were all great, and once again, the food we couldn’t fault. The prawns at Beach Club were amazing!  All the staff in every restaurant we visited were fabulous and just wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time at Oceania – we did very much! The Beach was so lovely and great to be able to walk safely into the sea. We met Dimitris, the guest relations manager, and he was so kind and thoughtful towards us, along with the rest of the wonderful team at Oceania, it made our holiday. We are booked to visit another Ikos later this year and lucky enough to be going to others in 2027……why? Because the teams at Ikos want you to have a great holiday, and if you are kind and polite to them, they will do as much as they can to make sure you have a great holiday.  So far, we love each of the resorts we have visited; there is a bit of each that is perfect.  So far Oceania does provide the best service across the board. Thank you to all the team at Oceania, we will be back for sure.

We had the most amazing time at the Ikos Oceania. Everything was wonderful, lovely rooms, fabulous food, tasty drinks and incredible staff. A special mention to Akis, Julio and Ibrahim who looked after us at the main pool, Bruno at Fresco and Kristina at Provence, they were brilliant! Everything was amazing, we’ve never felt so well looked after! Can’t wait to return!

Returned to Ikos this year after a five-year hiatus, this time staying at Ikos Oceania for the first time. Having previously stayed at Dassia a couple of times and Andalusia most recently, we were initially a little apprehensive about choosing Oceania, being the oldest of the Ikos resorts and having experienced some of the newer properties. We also wondered whether it could live up to the very high expectations set by our exceptional previous Ikos experiences, especially after a five-year gap. Thankfully, Ikos Oceania absolutely did. Ikos is an incredible brand that we have come to trust over the years. There is simply nothing like it and no hotel or resort we have stayed in since our first visit to an Ikos has ever come anywhere close. The quality and service is exceptional and the staff are simply amazing. Despite being one of the oldest resorts, Ikos Oceania showcases the brand at its finest across every aspect of the experience — food, service, comfort and, above all, its people. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the service from every team across the resort, from housekeeping to the buggy drivers to the minibar and room service teams (and even the people behind the WhatsApp concierge service), was consistently “Ikos”. I can’t emphasise how excellent the staff at Ikos are and there are simply too many people to list but Eleni from the lobby bar, Nikolas the Reception Supervisor and Eva at the Adults Pool were standouts for us. Eleni is exactly what we love about Ikos hospitality - genuine, natural and good humoured. She always had a smile on her face and ensured the very high standards of Ikos were maintained at the bar each evening, while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and casual, which we appreciated. Nikolas is an incredible ambassador for Ikos and a real asset when it comes to building customer loyalty. He made us feel genuinely appreciated as returning Ikos customers. He took ownership of our experience and stay from the moment he checked us in right up until our check-out and was committed to ensuring our stay was perfect, which it was. Eva’s unique style at the Adults Pool made us feel like the only guests at the pool every day. Despite the pool always being busy, service was always extremely quick and efficient and always personalised with funny nicknames based on our orders. It’s no surprise to see so many reviews mentioning her. The pool always had a nice and relaxed atmosphere amongst hotel guests thanks to Eva’s unique and quirky delivery of service. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ikos Oceania and are already planning to return to an Ikos resort next year.

This is our second time at IKOS Oceania, we found all the staff so friendly and accommodating and they were available to meet any of our needs whilst we were there. A special shout out we would like to acknowledge was Eva at the Infinity pool, Stefan at the Provence restaurant, Mario our wonderful relationship manager, Kostas at Anya, Adriana at Beach club and Despina at Flavours. All the staff were just wonderful which made our stay so very enjoyable.

Beautiful location and great facilities. The beach access is brilliant and the food was very good as well. My children absolutely loved the kids club in particular and can't wait to go back again.
