Ikos Oceania

My wife and I will next year, be in our 13th year of going to this hotel, we have been approximately 20 times often going twice a year which in itself speaks volumes. The hotel is excellent, the rooms first class, the food in all the restaurants can not be faulted and the staff are top class and nothing is too much trouble for them. On arrival we just seem to continue fall in as if we have never been away. Each year we some new faces but the majority are people we have known for years, people like Maria, Vangelis and Laura and there is many more. My wife and i normally go to to Adult Pool most days and are well looked after by Eva, she is a little treasure and looks after all of us. We can not paise the hotel and staff enough and I have already booked for next September.

Best all inclusive hotel we have ever experienced. From the first impressions of check in, to the exceptional food, service and drinks offering we were so impressed with IKOS. The bedrooms at about to be refurbished but we spent so little time in them we weren’t bothered about them looking a little tired. The little extras are what make IKOS special - WhatsApp concierge, Mini hire, bicycle and fitness offer etc. We loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Title: Exceptional Staff Made Our Family Celebration Truly Special Having stayed at most of the Ikos resorts over the years, we were eager to visit Ikos Oceania for a very special family milestone—my wife’s 60th birthday, alongside both of our children’s birthdays. To be completely honest regarding the property itself, Ikos Oceania is feeling tired and is in need of a complete facelift to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the Ikos hotel group. However, what made this holiday truly worthwhile for our family was the incredible team on-site. A few key individuals truly made all the difference and elevated our stay: Antigoni: Before we even arrived, I emailed Antigoni with special requests for our family celebrations. She went above and beyond to make sure our birthdays were recognized and celebrated in style. If it wasn't for her incredible efforts and attention to detail, our stay wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable. A very special thank you to her! Liza & Nikos (Anaya Restaurant): We had a fantastic experience at Anaya. Liza and Nikos went out of their way to look after us, making us feel genuinely welcome and helping us celebrate our special occasions in a memorable way. Thomas (Main Evening Bar): Thomas stood out in the evening bar area. He was exceptionally polite, professional, and clearly understands top-tier guest service. Tasos (Main Buffet Restaurant): In the main restaurant, Tasos was a standout member of staff who truly enhanced our dining experience every time we saw him. Venetia (Pool Area): Last but certainly not least, Venetia near the pool area is an absolute gem. The hotel should be extremely proud to have someone like her on their team. Always smiling, warm, and welcoming—not just to us, but to every single guest around the pool—she is outstanding at what she does, and I am sure she receives countless glowing reviews. While the resort’s physical infrastructure needs an update to match its sister properties, the warmth, dedication, and service from these team members made our family trip truly special. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of us!

Visited Oceania as a family for the second time in September, and it was even better than the first. Never before have we visited the same holiday destination more than once but we know that this is the only place we will want to return to again and again . For anyone thinking of visiting, just do it! I hope the staff realise what an impact they can have, we truly appreciate everything they do. We all lead very stressful lives and after this one week of the year they managed to make us human again! A big thank you to you all. There are too many names to mention but Dora stood out for us as so very hardworking. We had some lovely time chatting with Ibrahim, and we really enjoyed the wine tasting with Nestor. A big thank you also to the cleaning maids, what a fabulous job they do and very much appreciated. There are a few minor things we would improve, we missed the white party due to rain it was unfortunately cancelled. Would have been really good if it could have been held inside instead as we were so looking forward to it. We also wish we could change the layout of the theatre, would be great if there were some small areas with a dance floor or standing areas to make some of the entertainment a little more interactive. It just felt a bit unsociable sitting in a line just watching the performance when all we wanted to do was join in. As such we ended up missing some of the entertainment in the theatre which was a shame. Would also be great to have a small tea/ coffee/ cake/ ice cream area. All minor things of course. We absolutely love Oceania and thoroughly recommend to all.

An excellent experience all round. Great resort, pools and beach. Fabulous food in every restaurant. The best service ever for everything including drinks at the bar, pool snacks and drinks, beach food and drinks, and the restaurants. Fantastic facilities including use of a Mini, tennis courts and water sports. Highly recommended.
