THIS Hotel has decided to close on 31 st august 2026. Just announced at the weekend We have been booked to go in September for a very special wedding for months . There are 10 people and a baby in our wedding party and they have not even told Jet2 that they are closing at the end of august . Jet2 know nothing about this and cannot help us rebook as the hotel is not answering the telephone or emails . Shameful!!!!!!!!! SO UPSET RIGHT NOW

Bathroom, No shelve to put anything my savings kits, or anything else, no light for savings,no mirror for saving, no any hooks behind door to hang clothes, towels etc, we put towels clothes on top of toilet seat, no shower cap, no two Glass , we put my savings kit etc ,on top of toilet tank , very poor facilities, worst bathroom I seen in my life, BAR No crisp & Pea nuts not provided to enjoy with beer, RESTAURANT One tea station, Very big queue, every morning, Tea station no bin to put , sugar or tea bags , empty package , Food quality is very poor, minimum food choices, fruit choices, salad choices, not good choices, when fruit run out they don’t refill, very sad, so many fly in dinning hall, sitting in our food, very dangerous, fork & knife, all blunt can’t cut fruits or any food, beer tap not working well , lots of half full glass left near beer Tap, Need disable toilet nearby POOLSIDE BAR, Not hot food served like pizza, chips, chicken, Fish, hot sandwiches, no hot food at all only cold sandwiches, or no Biscuits, or cakes very poor facilities like 2* hotel BED ROOM, No biscuits in room, No socket near bed side to put phone on charge at night time or small cupboards near bed sides , it’s terrible, service, Tv should be fitted centre of wall opposite bed, so both can see tv rather then tv fitted in one corner, unbelievable, Mostly foreigner tourist But no English language tv channel, very sad , Spain is beautiful country & their standards in hotels very high level standard. Sorry but this has to be the worst hotel I have ever visited. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised through Jet 2 Holidays. I would mark this as a 2. On arrival, female receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. Accommodation basic. We didnt have the air condition on as it wouldnt work and our bedding always felt damp and musky. Food - very limited choice. The buffet area is not big enough to cater for large gatherings. Several nights we were left queuing out of the buffet bar!!! Food when we finally got in, was luke warm and the meats ie. chicken and pork were not cooked thoroughly. My chicken was raw in the inside. Pool is ok but freezing and we never saw the pool being cleaned whilst we were there for the week. Toilets near the pool are very old-fashioned and cubicle doors dont lock properly. The whole area is very tired and dated. The only pleasant bit, is the beach but then again, the bar area was closed due to renovations and its not ideal when going on holiday, to use the porter loos!!! The place has potential if money was invested into this but its lacking in a lot of areas. Personally, would give this a wide-berth. Deffo not 4 star - prob 2 star.

Food is dreadful at this hotel - even if you get to the restaurant when it opens it’s never hot, very repetitive , spag Bol was lunch and dinner EVERYDAY! Also had some other choices but were not good and warm at best . No alternative milks, no gluten free options. Beach bar only has beer and soft drinks, and the vertical walk uphill to the pool bar made me ok with a soft drink . Very noisy guests late at night and early mornings - no consideration for people in bed. Maybe have signs in the hallways to remind people to be respectful. The beach is stunning and the only reason I gave 2⭐️

This is our first time at your hotel, everything is well thought out. We were pleasantly surprised because you are ready for every little thing, the only thing I have a complaint about is the TV channels which are scarce and the furniture is a bit older but mostly everything is ok. Special praise for the staff who are very kind, always smiling and ready to answer our many questions and the most praise to the girl by the pool Tina, who was very very kind, cheerful and smiling and made our stay much more pleasant. We will always recommend this place as a positive and pleasant place to relax♥️♥️
