Visited the hotel first half of June 2026, as a family with 2 children. First of all, the beach is beautiful. All the beds, parasols, showers and everything else is new and great, as part of the renovation process that is going on at the hotel. Downside is that the beach bar is nonexistent, as there are only a couple of tables where food and drinks are displayed. That means there is no coffee at the beach bar, no wine and no cocktails, although it was advertised on their website that all of that will be available. Restaurant is nice, with a nice choice of foods, and everything is tasty. Also there is ice cream almost the whole day There is one alacarte restaurant, Taverna Antonis, and it’s really nice. There was live music almost every night of our stay at the rooftop bar Kasandra which was very nice, but since that bar is the only bar working after 6pm, it’s kinda hard for people with children to get drinks, since we had to move the stroller up the stairs to get there. The staff are nice and friendly. Whole hotel is extremely clean, bars, restaurants, toilets, rooms, everything. Bad side are the rooms. We booked a junior suite, for the kids not to wake up each other. But the surprise was that although there are 2 rooms, there is no door between them. Also, the suite was pretty outdated and in need for renovation, the walls, the furniture… As we were said during our stay, that is something that’s gonna be done before the next season, as the rest of hotel is being renovated. Definitely would come back, especially regarding the price you pay for an all inclusive hotel in Greece.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. A special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism, and especially to the reception team, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They kindly changed our room to provide easier access with our baby stroller, which made our stay much more comfortable and showed their genuine care for guests. One of the highlights of the hotel is its beautiful beach, equipped with brand-new sun loungers that make relaxing by the sea even more enjoyable. Another great feature is the pool area, where there are large natural shaded spots, perfect for families with small children who need protection from the sun during the hottest parts of the day. Overall, the combination of excellent service, a stunning beach, and family-friendly facilities made our vacation truly memorable. We would be happy to return in the future.

Very disappointing stay. The food was often inedible, and the drinks were of such poor quality that we ended up avoiding them altogether. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent in the room. It’s 2026, and somehow a basic service like internet access is still treated as a luxury rather than a standard hotel amenity. Despite multiple attempts, it never worked properly during our stay. Cleanliness was another major issue. Housekeeping came daily, but the floors were never actually cleaned and remained dirty throughout our stay. For a hotel that promotes itself as a high-standard resort, the overall experience fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

I would like to share my impressions of our stay at this hotel. We were a group of five adults. The sea was wonderful, and the beach itself was very clean. There were sun loungers and umbrellas available, as well as separate relaxation areas with sofas and tables. The beach was only about a 3-minute walk downhill from the hotel. There was also a golf car service that regularly transported guests up and down the hill. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. Housekeeping was done every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The only thing missing was an iron. When we asked at reception, we were told that irons are not provided in the rooms for safety reasons. Every day there were different activities available, including yoga, aqua fitness, stretching, core training, and more. The hotel also has basketball and tennis courts. At the evening, live musicians performed at one of the bars, creating an amazing atmosphere. We absolutely loved it! 😍 The variety of food at the restaurant was impressive. There was always something new to try every day. The selection included various side dishes, cheeses, meat, fish, seafood, plenty of vegetables, different fruits and desserts. Overall, there was so much choice that it was hard to decide what to try first! There were several bars on the hotel territory: one on the beach, one by the pool, and another with a terrace that works during the evening. The staff ☺️ Honestly, I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful they were. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. There was a receptionist named Agapi who greeted guests every day in the restaurant with such a warm smile. Seeing her instantly lifted everyone’s mood. Five stars just for her smile 💙 I unfortunately don’t know the name of the receptionist who checked us in when we arrived around midnight, but he was also extremely kind and welcoming. In fact, the entire staff was amazing. In the restaurant, tables were cleaned quickly and efficiently. Whenever there was an issue, you could simply ask for help and it would be resolved. The bar staff were also very friendly. The cleanliness was a priority, as staff were constantly maintaining and cleaning. The hotel territory itself is beautiful, with many flowers and plants that add a special charm to the atmosphere. Overall, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team. You are truly the best! 💙
