Good sides: This hotel has an AMAZING beach. Very clean, soft sand, crystal clear water. It has a beach bar with cold water, sodas & beer. Beautiful greenery and nature in the resort, very well maintained. It is on a hill so it has an amazing view over the sea. There is daily food menu. There is not too much choice but it is delicious. So if your are a person going to a resort for the food abundance, this place is NOT for you. Every day I agreed on a daily menu for my baby with the restaurant manager, it was very nice that his option was available and a big relief. Our room was nice, sufficiently big, and cleaned daily. The brought in baby cot for my child that was new and nice. The a-la carte restaurant was a pleasant experience as well, with tasty food options. The staff is kind and professional too. Sides for improvement: There is no proper toilet and changing rooms on the beach. To get to and from the beach you need to walk uphill / downhil. You can also use electric car ride. The problem is that these cars are not regular and all and operate with very limited capacity. One day I climbed 4 times up the hill, on a very hot weather, with a 10 kg baby in my arms! This is really not acceptable. These option needs to be more available and frequent - on demand. There is a lot of mothers with children and elderly people that need a ride and they cant wait 15 mins for their turn. Another challenge is that there are not enough sunbeds for all guests all the time. The right to reserve a sunbed is not allowed, and this is fine, but what is not fine is that some families don't have a sunbed and need to sit on a towel on the sand and 'steal' somebody's shadow. With some improvements, this hotel can be close to perfect!

The hotel is good and fully corresponds to a four-star hotel. The facilities are well maintained, the staff is friendly. The beach is sandy, clean and you have the option of free umbrellas and sun loungers. Perhaps as a minus I would note the large slope for access to the beach and the insufficient transport to take you to and from the beach.

Hotel very clean, beach and sea are great, lots of woods and flowers, air is perfect- real seaside holliday. Staff very kind and always there to help and especially Anastasia in a childrens playroom, so much creativity and energy for a kids- unreal. Only food could be better, but you want be hungry at the end of a day. I definetely recommend a hotel, especially if you have kids.

Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is located in Kriopigi, and if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, this is exactly what you will find. It is far from the noise of traffic, bars, crowds, and loud music, making it an excellent choice for guests who want a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Beach ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The beach is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. It is beautiful, clean, and equipped with comfortable, modern sunbeds. However, reaching the beach requires walking down a fairly steep downhill path, followed by a steep uphill walk on the way back to the hotel. This can be quite inconvenient if you are traveling with young children, strollers, or a lot of beach equipment. The hotel used to have an elevator connecting the hotel and the beach, as well as stairs, but both are currently out of service. As a small positive, the hotel provides golf carts that shuttle guests between the hotel and the beach. Unfortunately, there are only a few of them considering the hotel’s capacity, they do not operate very frequently, and guests often have to wait in line. The beach bar also feels outdated and under-equipped. It lacks even basic facilities such as proper refrigeration, giving it a neglected and rather uninviting appearance. Rooms ⭐⭐☆☆☆ The rooms are old and clearly in need of renovation. The central air-conditioning system is outdated and barely cools the rooms during hot days. Guests only have a basic manual control to adjust the fan speed, with no real control over the room temperature. Food ⭐☆☆☆☆ The food was by far the biggest disappointment of our stay. The selection was very limited, repetitive, and lacked both quality and variety. The desserts were particularly poor, often consisting of simple whipped cream mixtures served in trays, with very little effort put into either preparation or presentation. The dining experience was far below what is expected from a 4-star hotel. Cleanliness ⭐☆☆☆☆ The cleanliness standards were disappointing, especially in the restaurant. The cutlery was extremely old, heavily worn, and poorly maintained. The entire restaurant looked outdated, neglected, and worn out, creating the impression that it has not been properly renovated or maintained for many years. Overall Impression ⭐⭐☆☆☆ The hotel has great potential thanks to its peaceful location and beautiful beach. However, over the years it has clearly lost its charm. It is in urgent need of renovation, better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and a complete upgrade of its food service. In its current condition, it does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel and is significantly overrated.

We had an amazing holiday here! This place is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the crystal-clear sea. Every meal was a pleasure—not only because the food was delicious, but also because of the incredible view from the restaurant. Having breakfast, lunch, or dinner while looking out over the sea was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, the staff is friendly, and everything is very well maintained. This is one of those special places that stays in your heart. We will definitely come back again and again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
