Potidea Palace Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The rooms were nice and clean, and the housekeeping staff were lovely and did an excellent job throughout our stay. The bar staff were friendly, professional, and always provided great service. We would also like to thank the restaurant maître d’, who was welcoming, attentive, and helped ensure that every dining experience was enjoyable. A special thank you to the animation team, who were all amazing and worked incredibly hard to keep everyone entertained. Harris, the head of the animation team, was outstanding and did a fantastic job leading the team. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children, and the kids especially had a great time thanks to the energy and enthusiasm of the whole animation team. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

We had the best time at the hotel! The beachfront location is idyllic and the sunsets are stunning! The choice of food and drinks is amazing! The service from everyone is first class but I just wanted to really thank the bar staff and kids club staff! Our daughter India loved it so much she didn’t want to come out! So please do pass on our appreciation, I can’t remember all their names but a special shout out to Geoffroy, Cedric and Goletto, Rafaela and Chrysa.

Had an excellent time here with my family. (Kids are 7 and 3 years old). Staff were all very friendly, helpful, professional. The food and drink was excellent. The facilities were great. The room was great. Can’t recommend highly enough. Ample sunbeds on the beach and poolside at all times. No mad scramble for beds at any time. A very enjoyable and relaxing family break. The views of Mount Olympus were excellent.

When I booked this holiday, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect travelling as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 3 and 12). However, if you value great service, a hotel that isn’t too large, a family-friendly atmosphere, excellent food, a kids’ club, and exceptional cleanliness, then do not hesitate to book this hotel. We booked the suite package, which included a sea view room 620 and access to the Acropolis Restaurant. There is also a buffet restaurant option, which was great too, and the friendly bar staff always made us feel welcome. I also loved the spotless beach on site with its crystal clear waters and easy access, which was perfect for families. There were plenty of outdoor shower areas to wash the sand off after the beach, as well as lots of comfortable seating areas around the hotel to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I really appreciated having the choice of delicious seafood in a more intimate setting, and I’m so glad we chose this package. I usually like trying different places and very rarely return to the same hotel, but the level of service and attention to detail here means I would happily come back without hesitation. Some of the extra touches that really stood out: Room cleaning twice a day – even the slippers were replaced regularly. We went through lots of towels with the children, and they were constantly replenished without us even needing to ask. The mini bar was refilled daily. The mini disco every evening at 8:30pm was fantastic. The animation team had endless energy and were so kind and engaging with the children, making sure everyone had a great time. Face painting for the little ones was another lovely touch. The seafood and service at the Acropolis Restaurant felt very personal, welcoming, and high quality. The food throughout the hotel was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The shop next door to the hotel, “The Market,” was also excellent and very affordable. We bought souvenirs, buckets and spades, and floaties there for much cheaper than prices back in the UK. Lastly, I highly recommend the spa treatments — Irini’s head, neck, and shoulder massage was absolutely incredible! Thank you for the memories  Ravinder & Harvey

The hotel was very good, Ira, Sara, Zoi and Sia were very helpful and the best staff. The rooms were very spatious and clean, as well as the food was vety delicious.
