We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach was nice, clean, and very well maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes every day. Our room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We would also like to say a special thank you to Valentina and Stella from the Guest Relations team. They were incredibly kind and helpful, especially with arranging our boat rental. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic holiday. We would be happy to come back and highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Potidea Palace and would absolutely recommend it to families with kids! The resort has so much to offer, and there was always something to do. The food was excellent, with a great variety every day and plenty of options for both adults and children. The beach is beautiful, clean, and perfect for families, while the pools were well maintained and a lot of fun for the kids. Every evening there was entertainment, which made the nights enjoyable without even leaving the resort. Our favorite was the music quiz night, it was so much fun and something we looked forward to! One thing that really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever we needed anything, they responded quickly and made sure our concerns were taken care of. The only disappointing part of our stay was the spa. I paid €80 for a pedicure, and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. The polish started coming off in less than two days, which was extremely disappointing for the price. I would definitely skip the spa services next time. That said, this was only a small part of an otherwise fantastic vacation. Potidea Palace is a wonderful resort with great food, a gorgeous beach, fun pools, excellent nightly entertainment, and outstanding customer service. We had a memorable family holiday and would happily recommend it to friends and family.
