The cosmopolitan is a lovely hotel in an ideal location, close to the beach and kos town its self. Clean and tidy hotel with lovely staff especially in the bar and restaurant, our only gripe is the evening meal was ok not brilliant, but plenty of options in the area for eating. We would come back but please improve the food.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing stay despite nice rooms – don’t be fooled by the photos! I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel people should know what they’re really booking. The rooms at this hotel are genuinely lovely — clean, spacious, and comfortable — but that’s about where the positives end. We booked this place expecting to enjoy all the advertised facilities — the spa, sauna, steam room, and a good selection of food — but towards the end of the season almost everything was shut down without any warning. There was no notice on the website, no small print at the time of booking, and we still paid full price as if everything was open. The buffet food was honestly awful — cold, tasteless, and repetitive. The only decent food came from the pool bar, but of course, that stopped serving food too once the “season ended,” again with no notice. The spa, sauna, and steam room were all closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel in the first place. It’s really unfair to charge guests full price when half the facilities are closed. If we’d known in advance, we would have booked elsewhere. A real shame, because the rooms and setting have potential, but the lack of transparency and poor management completely ruined what could have been a great stay.

We stayed in the new part of the hotel Cosmopolitan Breeze, we had a swim up room and highly recommend as they are lovely modern and relaxing. The rooms had a fridge which was an added bonus. We had rooms 304/306 the only down side was you don’t get the sun on the terraces you have to sit round the corner on sunbeds and as for the swimming pool it was freezing, I know your in Greece but I’ve never known them so cold, not sure how much warmer they get in mid season. We upgraded our room after the first night as we booked a Tui Promo room and you could see they had tried to update it but the bathroom was like something from the 1950’s but it was in the main hotel building where as some of them are under the swimming pool with the only window being in the bathroom so the daylight is mostly keeping the room door open. The hotel food was basic but you could find something you liked but it was only warm so they could do with investing how to keep it hot. The hotel is on the main room in Lambi and we walked into Kos Town most nights which took about 30 mins, there are a number of supermarkets on the way, a few restaurants and bars, but mostly all in Kos Town. I would recommend the 3 island boat trip we booked at the harbour, we also done Bodrum trip for the shopping, Turkey is a bit more expensive now but go further in to the shops and not the ones just by the harbour, booked trip but you can just go to ferry and purchase your own tickets cheaper. Highly recommend Lampros Restaurant in Kos Town, the burger was the best I’ve ever eaten. #The last two photos are of the rooms under the swimming pool which can be the Tui Promo Rooms.

Just got back from a 11 night stay at the Cosmopolitan in Lambi Kos.The staff were excellent couldn't do enough for us.Allways very cheerful and friendly.On arrival we got a upgrade the rooms were very clean and spacious.Rooms were cleaned daily and clean towels.If you like greek food this is the place for you.Near to the beach and a 30 Minute walk to Kos town.A very good 3 star hotel.

Stayed in swim up room which was lovely nice and clean maid service everyday. Pool beautiful no problem getting loungers, pool food really nice. Reception staff and all hotel staff are so friendly. I would of gave this hotel 5 stars but unfortunately the food does let this hotel down. We were half board and ate out most nights, like nearly all reviews say if they get the food right this hotel would be 5 stars. They need get tips off the pool bar and tell the chef in main buffet, never once was food hot no matter what time you went. We went couple minutes walk to a beautiful Italian restaurant most nights.
