Atlantica Beach Resort Kos

Just returned from an excellent family holiday/family wedding. Staff throughout the resort were extremely kind and helpful. Special shout out to Michela in the pool bar who provided 5 star service on a daily basis and always had a smile on her face. Thank you for everything Michela.👏 Also a special shout out to the entertainment team; Batu, Lyle, Zama and Cici who made our experience extra special. They really work hard and always bring the energy! The food and drink was excellent, variety was amazing and very fresh. The only thing I felt was missing was frozen cocktails by the pool. Cocktail selection was good though. The rooms vary in standard. Our room was great and location was perfect however the bathroom was in need of updating. The experience during my nieces wedding was excellent and a special thank you to Rania and Jeanine who went over and above to make the day extra special. The residence side of the accommodation is beautiful, very quiet and definitely providing 5 star standard. What a wonderful stay in Kos that was made by the excellent staff throughout this resort. Excellent customer service really does make the difference 👌

Atlantica Beach Resort Kos has an unparalleled location. It offers access to a long stretch of private clean beach with little to few pebbles. I would note that airplanes fly overhead, if that bothers you, I would suggest either further South of the island or up North nearer to Marmari. The food and quality of service is exceptional. Atlantica Beach Resort Kos sets the standard for all-inclusive quality. The staff are meticulous and caring at all levels. I would like to highlight Daria's and Anton's friendliness and particular care. My fiancée and I went for a couples massage with Georgina and Rafail. The 75 minutes treatment was something phenomenal. We were treated to different creams, caring massages, and body wraps. We had a lovely time. The room is acceptable for the price we paid (14 nights). It's a little bit dated considering the hotel is a 5-star resort. We experienced minor issues with the air conditioning but maintenance sorted the issues within the span of a few hours. The hotel atmosphere is lovely. If you have children, there is an enormous amount of entertainment with the animations team. If you require a quieter hotel, maybe consider the pricier Belvedere (adults only). I had tennis coaching sessions with the highly professional Lefteris at the resort. I brought my own racket, but note that it's available at the resort if you need it. The courts are good quality and lovely to play on.

Booked this holiday last minute. Thank you Atlantica for an enjoyable experience in Kos. Travelled with 2 young children. Check in was smooth. The reception team led by Ilias (sorry not spelt correctly), was extremely helpful, didn’t just say he wasn’t sure, he found out the answer. Special thank you to the head chef and restaurant manager for some special meals and touches. Evelina from the bar, restaurant and ice cream hut was also very cheery and helpful. And should be promoted. Lovely new rooms and thank you to the house keeper who made our room lovely each day. Expected an evening touch down service but didn’t have one. Didn’t need to race to the beach to secure a sun lounger. There was plenty of loungers on the two areas of the beach. The Residence area was peaceful and relaxed. Loved the fact there was water machines and fizzy pop everywhere which was self service. Improvements; Think at peak times additional buggy drivers would be good. Thank you to the Lamborghini buggy driver. Think that the kids club could do with some Investment in a fun indoor play area like I have seen in other hotels Thank you to the whole team. I would recommend this hotel to other couples or families. Nice short taxi drive to the local town kardamena.

I recommed the spa, I had the cretan longevity ritual which was so relaxing. Georgia was very professional and customer service was great :)

I went with massage with Susan! She was really nice and my skin felt amazing after the treatment on the face and body!
