A very pleasant hotel for families with children. Great pools and a large, two-level paddling pool. Delicious food. Convenient location. Unfortunately, the main restaurant is very crowded during peak season. Large hotel, lots of walking. A wide selection of snacks between meals: burgers, pizza, kebabs, pasta. We recommend the a la carte restaurants. The service is very friendly and professional, especially Zorbina from the Italian restaurant – always friendly, smiling, and competent!

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday. This is a beautiful hotel and quiet location, built into the coast with no road between hotel or the sea. It was stunning. Lovely landscaped gardens. A large pool with not overwhelming entertainment and a separate adults only pool was a great luxury to have (wish smokers were corralled into a smoking area though). The beach was sandy, loads of sunbeds and it was easy to swim in the sea. Really hard working, courteous and helpful staff throughout - thank you all. It seemed a really well managed hotel to us. We went late October so it was peaceful and quiet. The main buffet restaurant was great, so much choice for every meal. We booked the other restaurants with no problem too. Yes we could find a couple of minor gripes (bathroom in our older room was annoyingly small ) but - nothing to whinge about. For sun, relaxation, swimming, sport, beach time and unpretentious but tasty food, this was ideal. Thank you everyone at Atlantica.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfy and the sea view was fantastic. The hotel itself is extremely clean. The shower didn’t drain very quickly so the bathroom would flood unless we laid down all the beach towels. You can always find something to eat but the buffet food wasn’t great, mostly pork or chicken thigh in a salty sauce, so we ended up trying the three a la carte restaurants for more variety. I’d definitely recommend doing the same, but a heads-up, the tomato pasta at the “Greek” restaurant was excellent the first time but tasted like the buffet’s cheap sauce the second time. As an all-inclusive resort, the cocktails were very disappointing. The menu lists premium ingredients for drinks like piña coladas, mojitos, and amaretto sours, but the drinks are never actually made that way. The piña coladas had no coconut cream, the mojitos had no lime or mint, and the amaretto sours had no proper lemon juice or bitters—just a generic lemon-flavoured drink. When we asked staff for the missing ingredients, it was often met with a laugh or snort, as if they knew they never had them. It felt like a cost-cutting measure to save on ingredients while still giving the impression of a premium cocktail. I also questioned the alcohol content since I never felt even slightly tipsy despite drinking throughout the day. The beer was good though. Most of the staff were friendly and the entertainment was good however in the evening queues for drinks were frustrating and felt like they might be intentionally slow to limit consumption. Overall it was a lovely stay for the room, view and cleanliness, but the food, drinks, and some service aspects of the all-inclusive package could definitely be improved.
