We had amazing time I loved this hotel to say this was our first hotel as a family staff and entertainment and food and drinks was amazing I definitely be going again we went at the end of September to October for a week amazing experience even meet amazing people also who was staying in hotel bus wasn’t far to go kos town even walked sometimes

The hotel was lovely, food and drinks really good for a 4* hotel!! The entertainment team were really good in the evening could have been better came across a little karaoke!!! More live acts would have been better!! All furniture very uncomfortable for entertainment and not suitable or comfortable 🙃 All members of staff really lovely and polite!! Unfortunately second week some of the holiday makers a little boisterous !!! Which is not hotel's fault!!!! The rooms were cleaned every day not to a high standard but we're cleaned!! Lovely little family run hotel. Staff are extremely pleasant and always happy to help. They are chatty and make you feel very welcome. Management introduced themselves too which was very nice. Rooms are modern and clean, they will also push the 2 singles beds together for you with a thick mattress topper on and provide kingsize bedding - if you just send them a message before you arrive which was brilliant. There is extra pillows in the wardrobe too. We loved that it has a fridge and kettle with tea, coffee etc which you don’t normally get with all inclusive, plus they put large bottles of water in you’re fridge every morning when cleaning. We had an issue with our aircon fairly late evening the day after arriving (was red hot this night) and we rung up reception from the phone in the room to let them know and the repair man was there in 5 minutes to fix it. The hotel provide you with a large towel for by the pool which can be swapped for a fresh one every day if you wish too, so you don’t need to bring one. Food was nice and enough variety to have something a little different each day with loads of fresh fruit and salad. There is a small snack bar open from 12-5.30 with burgers, hotdog, chicken gyros and toasties, again with lots of fruit and yogurts. Bus down to the marina and old town is straight outside the hotel on the main road for €2 per person each way (you want the C2 bus) which takes about 9minutes. A taxi is €10 euro each way - which the hotel are more than happy to call for you. The walk id say is a good 50 minute stroll but pretty flat so not bad, and you do pass some lovely little Greek shops along the way so definitely worth it if you can manage. From the marina you can get the ferry across Rhodes, Bodrum turkey and many more islands for a decent price. There is a beach straight across from the hotel which is nice enough with a mix of sand and pebbles. There are sun beds but no shops or amenities. This hotel is a little out the way walking wise, so if your hoping for bars and restaurants to be right on your doorstep then this isn’t for you, but it’s not hard to get to where you want to be, so was definitely a plus side for us, as we live a very busy life back home so the quiet was exactly what we wanted. Would stay again. NOT HOTEL RELATED- but I would most definitely avoid changing money at the exchange shops on the marina - we went in 2 of them and asked for €300 and the first guy said yeh no problem it’s £330 second guy said £340 - obviously I questioned this with both and said no it’s fine I don’t think that sounds correct and walked out and the first guy got rather angry and started telling us to f*** off etc 🤣 - I’d definitely just use either the bank itself or the cash point attached to the bank - for €300 it cost us £283 (28/10/25). Plus always get a receipt just incase. Our TUI rep did actually say all the cash points were safe to use as well as the exchange shops - but obviously not all - I normally avoid them as a rule wherever we go unless we know otherwise- so no hardship seen as we didn’t fall for there scam.

First time to Kos and it won’t be the last. Loved our break except when it rained - no fault of the hotel. We found the hotel clean, food sufficient and beds comfortable. No issues with the rooms - even the amount of storage. If I had one niggle it would have been the location and view. Allocated a room on the third floor in the third block with a big tree like growth and the side of tennis court and pallets as our view. We had to lug our own suitcases up three flights of stairs after check in. The staff are fantastic. The entertainment team - Charmaine, Jaylin and Kat - were amazing - best we have ever encountered in any resort we have holidayed in over the years. We throughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Having stayed at three 4* hotels in the Greek Islands in the last 12 months, I am trying to be as honest as I can comparing to the other experiences. I have rated it good but its a bit under that really but this seems to be the Greek level for a 4* The good: The room was a recently refurbished room and was bright and clean and at the front of the hotel, these rooms had massive balconies but limited sunshine (could be due to the time of year) The bathroom was fine with only the shower area showing a few signs of cosmetic attention required, having said that the shower probably the best shower pressure in any place I've stayed. The food was okay, breakfast was the weakest area, bacon, sausage etc pretty normal for greek all inclusive but not to my liking, other options were available. Lunch and dinner gave you many options that were okay but people have mentioned that some food was not hot enough which I did come across. The dinning area although clean would look better with floor, table and chair upgrade The not so good. The hard standing around the pool area offered limit bed space with the rest of the beds on a grass area. Around the snack bar there was an unpleasant smell on several occasions that was a bit off putting as they were serving up some pretty decent chicken gyros wraps. I like a lager, their offering was one called Zythos Vap which comes from a local brewery in Rhodes, taste and strength was okay but its aroma was certanly not the best! Like some others have mentioned it feels pretty remote, their own beach area was not the best, the bus (2 euros) into Kos town was okay but around 10/11am the bus may pass you by as its often already full, Taxi was the best option at 10 euros. Entertainment team seemed good particularly with children but night acts were reasonable at best! There was a nice seating area just outside the main bar area, staff seemed helpful enough and the genral cleanliness seemed fine. The value for money this time of year was excellent, we had a really good holiday but between the location and a few points I have mentioned, a return to this hotel will be unlikely.
