Atlantica Thalassa

Hotel was great and had very good vibes throughout my stay. Really enjoyed the food and accommodation was amazing. would like to give a huge mention to the entertainment team, Jaylen, Kat and Stefan all were very nice and were the reason for the experience i had here. Jaylen especially always played his part in keeping everyone happy and was a great person to meet and am so glad for that 😊. All three of them always kept a smile on everyone’s faces including me and overall were great people to meet, big thanks to all three of them. 😊❤️

We’ve had a lovely stay overall and really enjoyed our holiday. The only real let-down was the food. A special mention has to go to Jaylin, the hotel rep. He doesn’t get the recognition he deserves. He’s always approachable, incredibly friendly, and genuinely goes out of his way to help guests. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Jaylin, for all your hard work!

Had a good time at this hotel. The staff really made a difference! However, I'm giving a 4-star rating because there is room for improvement with the food; it could do with more variety. The entertainment team were really great - Stefan, Kat and Jaylin. They had a huge impact on my experience at this hotel. Very engaging and friendly without being too pushy, made some great memories because of them. Some of the activities we did were beach volleyball, morning stretching, water aerobics, beer pong, table tennis, karaoke, movie and music quizzes A few of the staff also stood out: Gregory at the reception Christina at the bar in the evenings Anna at the pool bar during the day Freddy at the gyro snack bar The lifeguard who also worked at the bar in the evenings (forgot their name) Overall great holiday, would definitely consider revisiting

We stayed at the Atlantica Thalassa for 10 nights as a family of 4, (11 & 17 year old). We live in Leicester & broke up earlier than the rest of the country so the first half of our holiday was quieter & we had no problems getting sunbeds, sofas for the evening entertainment or long queues at the bar or restaurant. The second part of our stay, the hotel was much busier, so during peak season there might be issues. There’s easily more space for the premium loungers around the pool & on the terrace for the comfy seating, so it would be great to see more added. The employees at this hotel really go out of their way to make guests feel special. Konstantina’s the hardest working member of staff, lifeguard during the day & working the bar at night & she always remembered our chosen drinks & gave a warm welcome. Cristiana on the bar, was always friendly & professional & we loved that she challenged underage drinkers trying to order alcoholic drinks. A credit to the hotel! Michaela in the A La Carte restaurant made our evening really special & the food was delicious (though the portions were huge!!). A must during your stay. Tita in the shop (not sure if that’s the correct spelling but she works the day shift & has short, dark hair) was so lovely & genuinely seemed to appreciate our rubbish attempts at speaking the language! Finally, the entertainment team, Kat, Stefan & Jaylin worked so hard & had contagious enthusiasm & positivity. My daughter adored Kat & was in floods of tears saying goodbye. We loved the aqua zumba & beer pong especially. A truly fabulous, relaxing stay. Our only criticism is the lack of storage in the bedrooms. The decorative, solid stone bedside tables & desk are useless & proper storage units would be much better, particularly in the family rooms.

Very nice hotel, great food and nice staff. The entertainment team is very nice Stefan, Kat and jaylin are great, a lot of activities going on like volleyball, football, beerpong and lots of evening events. A real highlight was Stefan, such a great guy, very respectful, very funny and great conversations.
