What an amazing holiday! Just returned from an 11 night stay with my husband, and 11 year old daughter. The hotel is beautiful, guest areas are clean and well maintained and the entertainment, food and facilities are excellent. Located just outside of Kos town it is easy to get a bus in and out, bus stop located right outside the hotel but there are lots of other options, such as taxi, or car and bike hire which reception are more than happy to help with. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are amazing! Kat and Jaylin the entertainment team, are a credit they, are full of energy, create a fun vibe and have time for everyone! The pool bar and lobby bar staff keep the drinks flowing and are always friendly and efficient. Bedrooms are cleaned to a good standard and bins, linen and towels changed regularly. Sun-bed reserving before 9am is not tolerated and quite unnecessary as there are plenty of beds if not by the pool on the grass areas, but the hotel manage this really well. Most importantly for me, I have Coeliac Disease and require a strict gluten free diet. I messaged the hotel before our stay to make them aware. On check in they gave me a form to sign and share with the catering manager and assured me my needs would be accommodated. They were not wrong! The hotel manager, catering manager Stimatia , chefs Stavros and Freddie and waitress Linda went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and extremely well fed. As a coeliac eating out can be extremely stressful but for the first time, thanks to their dedication my husband and I had a completely stress free holiday and I can not thank them enough! It was such a privilege and pleasure to be so well cared for. This is a fairly small hotel, with a lovely social, family friendly atmosphere. We were disappointed to be leaving but definitely plan on returning.

What a fantastic holiday week we’ve had (Mum & teenage daughter). Could not fault the hotel at all. Every member of staff was friendly & helpful. The food was excellent - lots of variety at each meal (meat & always couple fish & vegetarian choices). The bars/cocktail bar - how the staff remember all the recipes & keep calm under pressure is commendable. The beds, my teen remarked, are the most comfortable we’ve encountered. The rooms were spotless (fridge, kettle & selection coffee/tea; coffee maker available with chargeable pods); complementary first bottle water & a food bag for late arrivals and kind assistance with our luggage-great after a long journey. The shower hand held & rainfall - best we’ve had. Plenty of sunbeds (chargeable on beach). Kat & Jaylin - entertainment crew - outstanding - encouraging but laid back & good variety of activities- always with a smile (all ages catered for) Evening entertainment was a good mixture of singers & the crew. Then you get the à la carte meal (one per stay) again lovely staff (great knowledge of local wine - extra charge but well worth it) & the 3 course meal was outstanding - good choice & beautifully cooked & presented. Although slightly out of Lambi we hired bikes (€60 for 2 for week Steve’s Bikes 0.4 miles from hotel) safe cycle path into town or back roads. Also on bus route for various places - €2 to Kos Town. Theokritos Travel picked us up from hotel for 3 island trip on the Poseidon boat - excellent Staff can make or break a holiday- these were outstanding; highly recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from an incredible stay in Kos, Greece, and I can honestly say this is one of the cleanest, friendliest hotels I have ever been to. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of hospitality. Everywhere throughout the property is kept immaculate, with cleaners coming every single day to ensure the rooms are always spotless. Speaking of the rooms, they are lovely, modern, and feature super comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep after a day in the sun. The hotel experience itself was seamless and relaxing: Dining: The food changed every single day, offering a fantastic variety of delicious options so meals never felt repetitive. Pool & Sunbathing: Unlike many resorts, you never have to stress about finding a spot—there is always a sunbed free whenever you head down. Local Shops: Even the shopkeepers on-site and nearby were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The real heart of this hotel, however, is the staff. They simply cannot do enough for you and are without a doubt the nicest staff members I have ever come across. We want to give a massive, special thank you to Jaylin from the entertainment team. We really took a liking to him; he was so genuinely lovely and kind, and we thoroughly enjoyed his company throughout our entire holiday. He made our trip extra special! Overall, this hotel is a absolute 10/10. We would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Kos who hasn't stayed here before—you will not be disappointed!

Location: the location wasn’t the best as it was a good 40 minute walk from any bars or shops located on the lambi strip however there were busses that you could catch from outside the hotel (number 2) which meant the trip into the strip only being 5 minutes and only ten minutes to kos town which is the main place to go whilst on the island. Atmosphere: the hotel is only small but it’s situated right off the beach and has stunning views day and night, there are building works next door to the hotel due to a new hotel being built but was never an issue in regards to noise or being an eye sore. Rooms: the rooms were very clean and spacious. our family of four were given a family room which was two bedrooms separated by a partitioned sliding door, the rooms were modern and the air con worked just as it should. a mini fridge, coffee machine, kettle and other amenities was part of the room deal which was great. the bathroom was a standard size and only a shower (no bath) which wasn’t a issue. inside the bathroom we had a hairdryer and plenty of amenities such as vanity kit, grooming kit and a shaving kit, one downside to the room would have to be that there wasn’t a lot of storage for clothes, especially for a family staying in the room. the hotel itself was modern throughout and very clean. staff at reception and all other staff around the hotel were helpful and very friendly. the restaurant was a good size with outside seating aswell as inside, good choice of food every night and always cooked from fresh, the hotel also had a separate restaurant that can be used once a week which was located in the snack bar area (mediterranean). the hotel had a small but fairly sized pool with baby pool next to it which wasn’t overcrowded and didn’t cause any issues with being able to swim. sun beds were being reserved early by guests at around 7am but even after there were still sun beds available, at 9 am if you were not at your sunbed the pool staff would then take them away and leave them at reception. swimming pool opened at 10 am and breakfast opened at 7 30 am, activities started at 10 am. the animation team were great with children and there was plenty of activities thought the day such as water aerobics, volleyball,bowls,darts and football followed by beer pong for the adults, there was a little kids club indoor area for the children. other facilities around the hotel was a tennis court and mini golf. this hotel shows pictures of a amphitheater however this was never used and the entertainment at night is around the bar area which means not lot of spare chairs to sit on if you just want to relax and not participate with the entertainment. on a whole i felt the hotel was great value for money. We paid for this holiday last year, it was a three and a half star but is now a four star due to refurbishment in the hotel. refurb was done just before we flew out to kos and they’ve done an amazing job as the hotel does really look great. we stayed for two weeks and i would most certainly come back to this hotel again as myself and the family all enjoyed our stay. i only have a few photos of the property as i dont usually write reviews or take many photos of the hotels i stay in.
