Atlantica Thalassa

We had a great week at Atlantica Thalassa. What really made our experience special was the staff. A huge thank you to Jaylin and Kat, who were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile.

Nice hotel if your going as a couple looking for a quiet relaxing holiday cant hear music around pool, prams or wheelchairs is a struggle. Pool cleaners are the more misrable people i have ever seen in my life untill around 8:45 when they go hunting unatended towels biggest smiles ever, even though it states in room you can leave towels after 8am. The main stage was never used. There was one singer a night no shows/dancers. Didnt even get greeted at the bottom of steep steps on arrival with luggage in the dark nobody to show us where the ramp was. Put family members on top floor with prams with no lifts when asked reception was told nothing can be done but the manager did sort out after complained again the folowing day. Play area for kids was no good Would not recomend this hotel

I would not say this is a family hotel at all more like an OAP or retirement place, there was no entertainment throughout the day only water aerobics at 11:30 and on Thursday no entertainment at all , they do volleyball also on boiling hot sand no water polo or even daytime music, The amphitheatre is shown on web page as an entertainment but this has not been in use for over 2 years false advertising so there is a mini disco for 30 minutes on the balcony which we had little ones ages 2 , 6, 6, 8 but right beside the balcony was all steps not very safe at all , there is no ramps for pushchairs wheelchair etc all steps everywhere throughout hotel. The food basic same variety daily There is nothing around the hotel miles from everywhere we had to taxi on a daily basis which soon added up to a lot of money , I could go on and on as didn’t rate this hotel as a family hotel at all so would see me back at this hotel and would only give it a 3 star

Kat, Jaylin and Stefan were fantastic. All of the front of house staff at reception were amazing and made out stay. Thank you for the most wonderful holiday. Kat is amazing and does the most amazing job at bringing people together, she is a ray of sunshine.

hotel has had a facelift since last visit.good points staff very good at sorting minor problems with room most staff very nice and pleasant room cleaned daily hote very clean.bad points food was bad cheap cuts of meat and twice reported to staff food was stone cold
