From start to finish everything was amazing. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean rooms and lovely atmosphere. Stefan, Jaylin and Kat were amazing and so much fun, very professional and enthusiastic about the job and the guest. Would love to see them again. Michael

I can’t give this hotels staff enough praise! From start to finish the activity team and hotel staff were next level. They kept us entertained all day and night. My son joined in every single day and enjoyed every minute. A special shout out to Kat, Stefan and Jaylin as those three made our holiday ♥️ The singers on the night were also outstanding and I felt quite privileged to have seen them in that setting. Thanks again to the whole team xx

We had an amazing time at Atlantica Thalassa had a wonderful experience and memories made especially with the entertainment team stefan, Kat and jaylin they really made the experience wonderful with the activities such as aqua fit, table tennis, family disco, karaoke etc highly would recommend to anyone who wants a get away to go here

We have had the most amazing time it’s our second time visiting this hotel and each time it amazes us but this time was even better than before… the entertainment team from remarc with kat, stefan and jaylin are just the best and never known an entertainment team like them friendly and so amazing they plan amazing activities aqua Zumba is amazing along with darts, yoga, stretch class, kids mini disco, kareoke, evening games honestly thank you so much for making our holiday memorable and making our stay the best one yet your all a credit to the company and the hotel We can’t wait to return for a 3rd year! We stayed at this hotel for the half term holiday, we arrived late at night and it was lovely to be met off the coach with help with our bags a nice refreshing drink and quickly through , help to the room also which was great. In the morning it was clear to see how clean everything was , the dining area felt like a restaurant rather than a large canteen as is often the case with all inclusive, with an indoor area, outdoor under cover and outdoor area. The range of food was great and it was all laid out beautifully, the staff quick to tidy and top up and also clear your plates. The pool area and sun beds great, comfortable and clean. The best thing for us though with a 7 year old was the animation team, they started at 10 am til 5pm with a lunch break mid day so much to do, football, volleyball, darts, table tennis, aqua Zumba all family friendly also stretching or Pilates or yoga. The team Kat, Jaylan and Stefan went out of their way to talk to everyone around the pool in between activities with guests being invited to join in but no pressure, we chatted several times with all members. Our 7 year old was welcomed by all the team who took the time to talk to him and help him with the skills needed for the activities. I have to say the highlight was the kids disco in the evening which he enjoyed very much, so big shout out to the team, thankyou . All the staff without fail were lovely and very friendly, in all the best all inclusive we have visited so far, thankyou everyone. ,
