Continental Palace

My stay at Continental Palace was a truly pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations. From the very first moment, the staff welcomed me with a smile, politeness, and a genuine willingness to assist with any need. They were always helpful, discreet, and professional, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained, offering all the necessary comforts one could ask for. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was well-kept and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. A special mention goes to the dinner buffet, which was excellent. There was a wide variety of choices, with fresh ingredients and flavors that catered to different tastes. The dishes changed every evening, which kept things interesting and made the experience more special. The quality of the food and its presentation were at a very good level. The common areas, such as the pool and the restaurant, were also very well maintained, while the hotel’s location offers easy access both to the center of Kos and to beautiful beaches. Overall, it is an excellent choice for a stay in Kos, combining comfort, quality amenities, and outstanding service. I would definitely choose it again without a second thought!

The hotel had a good location, but it was not great overall. Breakfast was the same every day, not much, no fruits or very limited, dinners were okay, some desserts with cream inside tasted funny, definitely off. The pool was not impressive; the water was cloudy. As for the room... well, we changed it after two nights because it overlooked a laundry area, and there were bins under our balcony. Our new room was exactly the same as the first one just had a different view. Rooms are very basic, outdated but clean. Kos is amazing!!! The hotel was cheap, so we booked it to explore the area. If someone prefers relaxing in the hotel, we wouldn't recommend it.

Kos is lovely. This hotel is not a 4 star.very dated the food was awful and repetitive. Bathroom had been updated. Beds was OK. I was ill whist there reception called a doctor. I must mention Irene she is lovely caring and very knowledgeable of the area. Never a 4 star .

The food is very very poor. The cooked side of breakfast has some sort of mystery meat instead of bacon. Little hotdog sausages. The trays of fried eggs run out quickly and are not replaced in good time. Dinner is even worse, I had lasagna where the meat must have been thrown in off Mount Olympus. It was cold and had ice inside. A total mishmash of items that made it difficult to put a meal on one’s plate compounded by the slowness of the staff to refill the trays. All the dishes lacked finesse and were unbelievably bland. Our room though dated was ok. Horrible nylon shower curtains. We haven’t holidayed in Greece in thirty years and it seems that nothing has improved. The contrast in value with the hotels we stay in with TUI in Spain is great. We haven’t holidayed paid a lot less for much better rooms, food and service. TUI, you need to take this hotel off your offer as this is damaging your brand.

This hotel was perfect! My mother needs a wheelchair to get around and the hotel and location was completely wheelchair friendly. I'd push my mother into Kos town everyday which was only a maximum 10 minute walk. Some of the pavements there were a squeeze but manageable. The staff at the hotel and in every shop or restaurant we went into were so helpful and accommodating, it really made the holiday stress free and perfect! The hotel is also right behind a beach which was picturesque to relax on. Can't wait to go back
