Family of three with a 13-year-old daughter, all inclusive, July 2026. Let me start with the bottom line: I have a personal rule of never repeating destinations. This hotel breaks it. I'd happily come back in a few years, and that's the highest recommendation I can give. **Accommodation** Our room was in a separate bungalow, not the main building - privacy was excellent. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, balcony - everything worked flawlessly throughout the stay. **Food** All inclusive that proves quality can win over quantity. The food was consistently high - everything tasted great every single time. I especially appreciated the wine served at lunch (not standard for AI category). Nice eco touch: the hotel grows its own vegetables on the premises, between the bungalows. Looks great and shows someone's thinking. **Beach & Pool** The pool was hassle-free - sunbeds available at any time of day. The beach is literally a few steps across the road. It's pebbly, so water shoes are a must, but otherwise - beautiful and clean. **Sunbeds - a game changer** The hotel successfully eliminated the single most irritating problem of mass tourism: reserving sunbeds with towels at dawn. Clear rules, consistently enforced. You show up at 11 AM and get a spot. Simple, but rare. **Activities** Outdoor gym - great setup. Designated running paths around the hotel. Morning stretching sessions. Evening entertainment was genuinely good: Greek night, Mamma Mia, traditional dancing - engaging and well-executed, not "animation for the sake of animation." **Location** On the quieter side - peace and silence, sufficiently quiet in the evenings to rest properly. Yet everything you need from civilisation is within reach. Perfect balance. **Service** Reception staff always willing and helpful. Restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. **Departure** Shower room after check-out - and here's an important detail: it's not a regular room repurposed as a shower room, it's a purpose-built facility designed specifically for late departures. Small thing, but it shows the hotel thinks about guests all the way to the end of their stay. **The one downside** The pillows in the room could be bigger / more comfortable. We found them quite thin and had some trouble sleeping on them. A minor thing, but worth mentioning if the management reads this. **Verdict** A hotel that neutralised the typical all-inclusive pain points (crowds, noise, sunbed wars, bland food) through smart, thoughtful details. This isn't luxury for luxury's sake - it's operational intelligence. Highly recommended, and yes, we'll be back. Would you recommend this hotel? Yes Date of stay: July 2026 Room type: Bungalow Trip type: Family
We stayed here for a 2 week family holiday and enjoyed every second of it! On arrival we were greeted with cold drinks and seated in armchairs! No lining up at reception a gentleman called George, very nice fellow by the way came over to us a checked us in. Our luggage was sent to our room so no carrying heavy bags. We stayed in a bungalow which was very nice, king size bed and a single for our daughter, lovely rainfall shower, balcony overlooked the sea. The cleaning staff were amazing!! In every day fresh clean towels and bedding. The choice of food was lovely, something for all tastes and lots of it too. Food and drinks available from morning till night, even had wine fridges in the main restaurant ! Just help yourself to a bottle with dinner. The main area for us was the beach bar. This has a massive pool and a smaller one to slide into from the 2 water slides great fun for the kids, big shout out to Christos the lifeguard for his great banter and conversation (What a guy!) moving on to the bar staff at the beach bar, we can’t say anything more than they were so lovely, always smiling and very chatty to everyone! They made us feel so welcome. To Eleni you made our holiday fantastic! What a lovely lady you are. To Olga always so lovely to everyone of us. Another lovely lady. To Lucky you are a true gentleman and so very kind and polite Thank you all!!! If your thinking of going to this hotel I would 100% recommend it.
This hotel is so lovely, staff were amazing, especially eleni, olga and lucky down at the beach bar, they are so nice and we made good friends with them, the dream team, The hotel itself is beautiful, wonderful food growing everywhere. Our bungalow was brilliant and cleaning staff amazing, we had a blast at this hotel, however if you are looking for evening entertainment you would be disappointed, it’s outside the hotel and not very good at all. We will go back to this hotel again, also it’s right on the beach.
Lovely sandy beach that was clean and ideal if you also enjoy running. Sea was clean. Sun beds available at beach and the pool side. Apartments are in better shape than actual hotel building. Good selection on food for lunch and dinner, however limited fruit selection. Everything is walking distance. Availability of water sports, also gym. Staff is friendly but I would say they have limited English skills. Main hotel hall doesn’t have an air conditioning and lacks the feel of 4 star hotel. If comparing to other Grecotel hotel same star this somewhat did not meet the full criteria.
Well where to begin hotel looked clean on arrival we had to wait for our rooms 217 and 207 we had no working air conditioning in our room 217 and a bad smell in the bathroom. We reported this and a cleaner and maintenance guy came quite quickly. He said that all the rooms were not any better on this side of the hotel. The cleaner did her best but the smell came back after half hour. We asked to move rooms even though we requested rooms close to be near our grandchildren, they told us they were full and could offer another room tomorrow on another floor not close. We said yes due to not sleeping the 1st night the new room was 134 air conditioning was fine, but we had a view of the bins and scrap pile will attach photos. 217 loverly pool view no air conditioning bathroom drain smell 134 bin view but has air conditioning and no smells. This is an all inclusive hotel so expect people being drunk and loud at night. Food repetitive and lots of flies on bread and open food. This is a cat friendly hotel and quite a lot on site. Mixed tourists Mainly English and German. The pools are nice and the life guard on the slide made our grand daughter feel special. We expected some issues due to being all inclusive but this hotel had too many issues wasn’t for us. Please be aware if young family’s visiting be up early to get beds with shade you need them, lots of arguments between families around the pool due to sun beds being reserved. Good location centre of the island but we still won’t be back. Dennis Leeds honest review.
