Grecotel Casa Paradiso

Absolutely love this place , we had a great holiday and couldn’t fault a single thing. The Food and dining experience was much improved from last year and as a family we definitely noticed the improved organisation at meal times . Special mention to the lifeguard at the slide pool really engaging with our 2 lads and was fun and professional. Kos is a beautiful island, and the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring. Would love to return.

Just got back from a week stay in the hotel and had the best time. Pools were lovely and didn’t have to worry about getting a sunbed. The beach was beautiful especially at sunset. The food was lovely, variety to choose from during breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as crepes, waffles and street food throughout the day so never went hungry. Unlimited drinks including cocktails which was amazing. Lovely staff always so helpful. There are also 2 pool tables, tennis courts and other courts which are free to hire out. The room was lovely and cleaned daily. No complaints at all would 100% return!

We stayed in May '26 as a family of 4 and I must say, it was one of the best resorts we've ever stayed in! To start the hotel is 20 minutes from the airport. We arrived promptly and were greeted by the very freindly reception team. The booking in process was extremely quick and efficient. Our room was wonderful! We stayed in a family room (315) which was very close to the mini mart and main building. The room was spacious and clean with wonderful views of the fields. The room was kept clean throughout our stay and the cleaning staff were great! The food, in our opinion, was fantastic! The options changed daily and had a selection of breads, cheeses, salads, fruit, veggies and meat. Our favourites included the slow roasted lamb and beef, gyros, salmon pasta, grilled fish, mussels, pork belly..... The list goes on. It was possibly one of the best all inclusive restaurants I've experienced. The kids mainly stuck to the pizza, chips and spaghetti Bolognese but we have fussy children so that worked for us. They loved being able to help themselves to ice cream!! The drinks were also superb!! Lots of juices and soft drinks on tap as self serve, including beer! But the cocktails were a highlight! My favourites are the Pina colada, mojito, pink lady and strawberry daquri. We read a few negative reviews about waiting a long time at the bars, especially the crepe station but we didn't experience this. Again, maybe the time of year as it wasn't overly busy. The pools were lovely!! Especially the pool by the beach which had the water slides. The pools were very cold so we only swam once but this was due to the time of year we went!! The pools were very clean and there were plenty of sun loungers. The beach was stunning! The perfect sandy beach with turquoise sea! It was windy on the beach but again, we wonder if that's due to the time of year. The complex is perfectly situated as if you walk along the beach road for about 15 minutes, you reach Marmari with lots of additional bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, there is a bus stop directly outside which operates daily taking you into Kos town. This was well worth the visit. It was €2.50pp and about 30min journey on the bus. The kids club was fab! Our children didn't use much as we spent the time together but there was lots to do and the ladies were very friendly! Great playground and sand area too. Our only negatives..... The TV stations were all in German. This was not really a problem as we only used the TV a handful of times but when we did, there weren't any channels in English. The next negative is that we couldn't get into the a la carte restaurant. We put our name on the list but we were never contacted so we didn't end up going which was a shame but we were so happy with the main restaurant, it didn't matter. Overall, this was one of the best places we have stayed!! It's extremely child friendly which we loved and in a perfect and picturesque location. We will be coming back!

Everything was great up until the last day where multiple items in my suitcase went missing and a £20 note from my purse also went missing not long after housekeeping had attended our room, was going to write a lovely review as i had a really good time up until this, completely lost all my respect. The staff to blame for this have let everyone else down unfortunately.

Hard to review this hotel. The staff were excellent apart from the one with the pony tail at the pool bar. Its a lovely hotel but in completely the wrong location for myself. its so isolated and has absolutely zero atmosphere and very few activities and entertainment was very poor and German biased. In case of inclement weather there is absolutely nothing to do at this hotel. You can get a bus into Kos town and stand up for an hour each way with people pushing in the ques - mainly German's in our experience as well as a lot of other Brits who stayed there I talked to) Food appeared nice on first look but it is basically the same every night. Fatty pork or chicken thighs. if all you want to do is sit by the pool or the beach then this hotel is for you. If you dont want to be bored to death and annoyed by rude guests then avoid at all costs.
