Grecotel Casa Paradiso

The views here are amazing and it’s very quiet and silent at night. It’s a nice quiet family place or a romantic couples' retreat, but it was just way too quiet for us. Our room was big, the aircon was amazing, and the balcony overlooked the fields which was really pretty. The fridge was also super cold, which was a lifesaver since we had to buy our own alcohol. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing—a little bland and not hot. When the hotel is fully booked, the lines waiting for food get crazy (we didn't realize how packed it could get until our last day). The drinks felt very weak too and the line for the bar can be long, so we spent extra buying alcohol from the onsite shop. Given the holiday wasn’t the cheapest, we personally wouldn't return here for those reasons.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited in August and had a wonderful experience! I also had the chance to eat at the à la carte restaurant, and the food was delicious, with great service and a lovely atmosphere. A special mention to Maria Petropoulou, who was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! I would definitely recommend visiting. ❤️

We love Casa Paradiso so much!!! ❤️ We previously visited this beautiful hotel in October 2024 and fell in love with it, so we booked our wedding here for 02.10.26. There were 26 of us who travelled to Kos, with 20 of us staying at this wonderful hotel. The Wedding ❤️ A huge thank you to Desponia for all her hard work over the last few months, helping us organise our wedding day. She was amazing! Leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They looked after us all so well and made us feel incredibly special. The weather was much windier than we expected, so we had to move the ceremony from the beach to a more sheltered grassy area. The team did an amazing job of making it look beautiful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. George, the General Manager, was so lovely and kept reassuring us that everything was going to be OK. He really helped put our minds at ease. Nikoletta was also amazing and so lovely. She was incredibly kind and helpful to us and even threw the petals during our ceremony. We really appreciated how supportive and caring she was throughout the whole experience. Our wedding was perfect and beautiful, and we want to say a massive thank you to all the staff who were so helpful and kind to us, not only during the ceremony but at the reception too. ❤️ They took so much of the stress away, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. They truly made our day extra special, and we will always be grateful for that. The Holiday ☀️ We stayed for 10 days, and it still wasn’t long enough! This place is so special. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff are just incredible. Everywhere you go, you’re greeted with friendliness and smiles! Alvi, one of the waiters, was always so happy to see us. The bar staff were so friendly and always happy to have a chat. The reception team work incredibly hard and were always more than happy to help. The cleaners were lovely too. The other members of the management team, whose names I unfortunately didn’t manage to get, were equally lovely. Our beds were so comfortable, our rooms were clean, and the whole hotel was spotless. We love that they grow their own food on-site and that the hotel is so beautifully integrated into its natural surroundings. We love how it’s spread across the grounds rather than built high up. From the beach, you’d never even know it was there. It really does feel like a little slice of paradise! We all had an amazing time here, and we will definitely be back. Our family and friends have also said they’ll return, and that tells you everything you need to know! We are so glad we discovered this hotel back in 2024 and that they were able to host our wedding. We wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else. Kos and this beautiful hotel truly have our hearts. ❤️ We would definitely recommend Casa Paradiso to families and couples looking for a little bit of magic and their own little piece of paradise. I had visit the hotel on last September!!! We spend wonderful family moments !! I would like to sent my congratulation for the Ala Carte restaurant department!!! All the team was very helpful and kind with us !!! Especially Mrs Maria Petropoulou was so sweet and obliging !!! I hope to see yoy there ... next year !!!

What a lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent food, drink and beautiful surroundings! The hotel is very clean and all staff very welcoming! Check in was very efficient after a flight delay with a snack box put on our room and soup and sandwiches at the pool bar from 11:30pm which is as very nice! I was a bit apprehensive following a few reviews! All I can say is don’t be! The hotel is quite remote but there is a bus to kos town 2.50 euros about 35 mins. A hotel with lovely staff, food, drink, beautiful beach, stunning sunsets and nothing is too much trouble can do attitude! We arrived prepared to eat out regularly but have not had any reason to do so! The food is of great quality with plenty of choice. If you appreciate good food I don’t see how you can be disappointed! Lots of choice despite only the one restaurant! I would say choose your meal times to suit what you want. Travelling as a couple we had breakfast early as it suited us and the restaurant was quiet! Lunch was always great, plenty of choice. Dinner could be busy but choosing a drink prior to the early rush for families proved to be good for us. The food is of great quality snd plentiful and the ability to select a bottle of wine and enjoy your dinner made every evening feel special - not something i have had experience at other hotels! The staff are amazing the hotel is clean the food amazing the bar staff wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Attending a cocktail course with Yannis which was informative, fun and a great way to meet other people as well as enjoying the cocktails we made! Great to see a hotel putting effort into little extras to make our stay extra special! The hotel has fantastic grounds with so much produce growing and a nice mixture of guests who seem to enjoy and appreciate everything the hotel has to offer! We have had a lovely stay! Last two nights but will be back in heartbeat! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
