We had an amazing time, we had high expectations, and they surpassed all of them! The staff is amazing, truly amazing, the go miles and beyond to make your stay perfect! My 1.5 year old had an amazing time, was treated like the little princess she is( to me)! The food is delicious and there is surely something for everyone! The variety of wines is unheard of, they even have 0.0% wines, which made my pregnant wife very happy!! Apostolis reached out to check on us and made sure the everything was as perfect as can be, we forgot something and he will make sure it will get to us in our home country. While sitting at the pool Lope made sure that you didnt go thirsty, something very well appreciated in the burning sun! It was amazing. We will be back, for sure!

Our evening at 1930 Grecotel LUXME was nothing short of unforgettable. We’ve been travelling across Europe, including time in Italy, and somehow this experience rose above them all. That’s not something we say lightly. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt like stepping into a perfectly tuned orchestra where every detail, every interaction, every plate was in harmony. The food? Simply extraordinary. Each dish felt like it had been crafted with intention, passion, and just the right touch of magic. Without exaggeration, this was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. What truly elevated the night, though, was the hospitality. Katerina the service manager leads an exceptional team with grace and precision. You can feel it in the way everything flows so effortlessly. Alongside her, Maria and Thimios delivered a level of warmth and attentiveness that genuinely stood out across our entire journey. These three were, without question, the most respectful and welcoming people we’ve encountered while travelling. They didn’t just provide service, they created an experience. To the management of Grecotel Luxme Kos: Katerina, Maria, and Thimios are absolute assets. They deserve recognition, appreciation, and honestly, a pay rise. People like them are the reason places like this become unforgettable. We’re visiting from New Zealand, and the way we were welcomed here made us feel completely at home, yet somehow still spoiled at the same time. That’s a rare balance. If you're anywhere near Kos, don’t even think twice. This is not just a meal, it’s a memory you’ll carry with you. We will be back. Every time.

Even though I wasn 't staying at the hotel, I visited for drinks and was absolutely blown away. The setting is spectacular, offering a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere. ​The cocktails were expertly crafted, using premium ingredients and presented beautifully. What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service. The staff is professional, attentive, and made me feel like VIP guest from the moment I walked in. ​If you are in Kos, do yourself a favor and visit LUXME Kos Imperial for an evening drink. It’s the perfect spot for a luxury experience!

The most amazing stay for our family. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere and our room was perfectly clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and professional, as true hospitality requires. Special thanks to Katerina (FnB team service manager), Giannis (FnB manager) and Spiros (assistant FnB), who were always willing to help us and made our holidays feel special. Overall, the hotel offers excellent facilities and a great location, especially when you travel with children. This hotel is highly recommended. Hope to stay there again soon.
