Grecotel LUXME Kos

The friendliest team of people working here show their love and pride for this hotel and made a lovely stay into a fantastic experience. Thanks. Fast check in, great guys drove us and cases to room (these guys deserve a special mention as they always acknowledged us and offered help even just passing the room in case we needed help checking out) nothing was too much trouble. Bar and waiting staff mostly, not always but sometimes we all have off moments, greeted us with full smiles and speedy service. Food was varied and of good standard. Must visit is the Taverna, the smiliest team of the lot. Big praise to the lovely guys who found us 2 sunbeds on our last day by searching the whole beach area for spares. This is where a niggle comes in and it isn't the team's fault, the old story of reserving beds and going off for the day. No fault of the team, and their speedy solution was impressive, especially when it was immediately followed up with "can I get you any drinks or anything else". Entertainment good, maybe a bit subdued for my personal taste, but, fun nonetheless. If you have a phobia of birds then this isn't the place for you as they are free roaming, as it should be, but made for a lovely watch. Communication through WhatsApp sorted another small niggle when we couldn't have a reservation of choice at the Italian restaurant, we were offered the Taverna again and very happily accepted. Can't wait to come back, thanks again

Well what can I say. This hotel is amazing. The staff, food, service, friendliness, just everything. The gardens are stunning. The second time we have have been and not the last. Love the new bar area around the quiet pool. Minos is amazing, he remembers your drinks and is super friendly. He made our holiday. Thankyou minos. If I had to moan like everyone else sunloungers being reserved really early. But that's a moan everywhere. All the staff are great and i cant remember everyone's names but Gianni, florentine and raymond are fab. Also viana in the restaurant so looked after us. Grecotels are the best by far. We have used them for 15 years and wouldn't go to any other hotel chain. Thankyou kos imperial. We needed that break. Probably see you next year. Regards Linda & richie Durham.

We had a really wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The setting is lovely, it’s a beautifully designed hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you need. We tried all the à la carte restaurants and they were all top notch. But what really made the holiday was the staff. They were always friendly, courteous and accommodating. We can’t wait to try some more Grecotels. Thank you.
