Grecotel LUXME Kos

We recently stayed at Grecotel LUXME Kos which was an absolutely relaxing holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were personally shown to our room and had an explanation of the air conditioning, room facilities and safe. Our luggage was delivered shortly after. Honestly, the staff go above and beyond! The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with immaculate gardens and spotless facilities throughout. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, including the rooms, restaurants and pool areas, which made the whole resort feel luxurious and well cared for. The food and drinks were excellent with a great variety and consistently high quality. There was always something delicious to choose from and the all-inclusive drinks were equally impressive. There is option for the al carte restaurants too which were also great. Our room was comfortable and impeccably clean which overlooked the gardens. The overall atmosphere of the resort is calm, peaceful and incredibly relaxing, making it the ideal destination to unwind. The entertainment was also great and the singers were fantastic! Overall, Grecotel LUXME Kos really did exceed all of our expectations. We read some negative comments before visiting and were genuinely shocked that people had felt that way - I guess you can’t please everyone!! The outstanding staff, beautiful surroundings, exceptional cleanliness, delicious food and drinks and relaxing atmosphere made for a truly memorable holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star all-inclusive experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Grecotel LUXME Kos and overall had a wonderful holiday experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location, a lovely atmosphere, and a very impressive overall design. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Cielo at the pool bar, who provided outstanding service. She was always professional, attentive, and extremely friendly. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. She is a great example of excellent guest service. The food quality was very good, with a great variety and delicious options. However, after several days, we felt that the selection became somewhat repetitive and could benefit from more daily changes and variety. Our room had a great location and a beautiful terrace, but unfortunately the value for money was not as expected. The room felt quite outdated, with worn furniture and signs of age that do not match the level and price category of the resort. The terrace itself was spacious, but unfortunately it was often affected by birds and bird droppings, which appeared daily. The balcony furniture was also not very comfortable and could be improved to create a more relaxing outdoor space. We also noticed that the pools were not always cleaned thoroughly enough. During our stay, some pools had visible sand and dirt, which was disappointing for a resort of this standard. Overall, we had a lovely holiday thanks to the beautiful resort, excellent service, great atmosphere, and wonderful staff. With improvements to room renovations, pool maintenance, and some details around cleanliness and comfort, Grecotel LUXME Kos could become an even more exceptional destination. I had a wonderful stay at Grecotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I also met and became friend with one of their staff named Cielo. She’s very helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

ive loved my stay here, much hospitality from all staff but the girl who stood out was ciello. she was very nice, great attitude, very polite and patient. great girl!
