This was my second time visiting Greece, a country that stole my heart . Stayed 7 magical nights in this beautiful property. The Hotel itself is huge,very clean, and well maintained . My room was gorgeous ,the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. But what really makes this place special is the staff. Mustafa on check-in was very helpful. He provided all the information ,he was very friendly and he took good care of us. When we entered the room, a bottle of wine and a fruit plate were waiting for us. They had notes about my birthday, but what really amazed me was that the next morning, Eliza came with the most delicious birthday cake . On our last morning, Olga (general manager, I think) approached me, and she offered a late check out, which I gladly accepted . Huge thank you to all the staff working there ,I really appreciate everything you have done for me during the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be spoiled . Victoria checked us out , and before that, she sent a goodie bag to our room,she vas very kind to us. Well done to everyone ❤️

It was good experience but the room wasnt cleasn at all ,but it was one thing good in the hotel there is a girl in the reception her name Zoe she was so helpful and so kind i loved her so much also the view was good .

My partner and I stayed at Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites in Kos from 28th September to 5th October, booked through Love Holidays, and left feeling completely let down. This hotel is advertised as 5-star, but in reality, it’s nowhere close — we’ve stayed in UK Travelodges that offered better quality and service. We booked a refurbished Junior Suite, but our room (312) was anything but. It was sparsely furnished, the bathroom had cracked tiles and black mould, and every time we showered, the floor flooded due to poor drainage. Toiletries weren’t even replenished during the week — shocking for a so-called luxury hotel. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. After a long journey, we were met with a cold, dismissive attitude, and when we asked how to book the à la carte restaurant, we were told, “How about you look?” while being pointed at a board. Not the welcome anyone expects at a 5-star property. The à la carte restaurant was dreadful — cold, empty, and completely lacking atmosphere. Service was slow, I was served the wrong starter (fish soup instead of tomato), and my main course pizza was dry and inedible. We ended up leaving mid-meal to eat at the buffet, where the same soup was being served. To make things worse, one night my partner was served undercooked chicken, pink in the middle — an unacceptable food safety issue. We also requested a late checkout as our transfer wasn’t until 6pm but were told there were no rooms available, despite it being a quiet Sunday in October. There was no effort made to accommodate us. Before our stay, I emailed the hotel regarding the €105 tourist tax (charged due to its 5-star rating) and received no response. Having now experienced it, this hotel is nowhere near 5-star quality — it’s completely misrepresented. We’ve since filed formal complaints through both Love Holidays and the hotel directly, outlining all of these issues. We were told nothing could be done — no apology, no offer of compensation, and no accountability for the poor service or unsafe food. This holiday was meant to be a special 5-star getaway to celebrate our two-year anniversary, but it ended up being one of the most disappointing trips we’ve ever had. If you’re expecting a true 5-star experience, professional service, and decent food — avoid this hotel at all costs.

Sadly, experience fell far below 5★ expectations. • Unsafe beach – poor condition and clear health & safety risks. • Arrival problems: • No room available on arrival due to a “leak” (no prior notice). • Waited over 2 hours for a solution, then moved to another hotel overnight. • Conflicting explanations given to guests. • Next day had to check out at 11 am and wait until 3 pm to check in again. • Lost a full day of our holiday. • Rooms: • Cold showers all week (known issue). • Facilities: • No à la carte restaurant included, despite being advertised. • No access to indoor pool, spa, or sky bar under “all inclusive.” • Main bar closed until 5 pm; only takeaway cups at pool bar during the day. • Long queues, limited seating, and poorly maintained sunbeds/towels. • Rooftop bar and games all required extra payment. • Advertised photos (e.g., conference area) don’t match the reality. • Service & Cleanliness: • Staff often dismissive or unhelpful. • Poor lighting, cramped toilets, and disorganised restaurant. • Food labels unclear — not allergy-friendly. • Manager polite but unable to resolve issues • Positives: • Lovely views and building potential. • Food itself was decent. • Overall: • Definitely not a 5★ or “all-inclusive” experience — closer to 3★ at best. • Misleading advertising from both hotel and Love Holidays. • We would not stay again or recommend until major improvements are made.

We have just got back from a week at the Kipriotis Panama Hotel (six friends), and we wanted to say a special thank you to Vangelis P & Koula T who were absolutely lovely. All the restaurant staff were brilliant, but Vangelis & Koula stood out for us as they were smiling all the time, they seemed genuinely pleased to see you, nothing was too much trouble and they were so attentive. They made our meal times very special for us. Thank you and all the very best moving forward (as we heard the hotel is closing down for the winter shortly and also Koula is retiring).
