The massage by Lamprini was so kind, professional and relaxing. I recommend it to anyone who comes for a massage. I have back problems and she took everything into account with great professionalism.

The hotel Is fantastic I really enjoyed my stay here the food is very good the hotel is very clean but I want to make a special thank you for the bar staff they are very helpful specially Žaneta with her lovely coffee and Oklsana and Rana very good I feel like I am home and for sure I will come back again in this hotel

We stayed here all inclusive for a week and might as well not have. The food is awful. It is cold and isn’t actually that much variety… I have stayed in 5 star hotels soooooo much better than this one food wise. The drinks are good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are fine however we was put on the very top floor at the very bottom but it didn’t really bother us too much. The entertainment team Maria and Leah are the main stars of the hotel, they are so friendly and really take the time to talk to us. Me and my partner could have spoke to them for hours!! Their pool activities were so fun and really made pool days fun. We loved the aqua gym the best. They made our holiday so much, they deserve a medal. Upon booking as well we considers the aqua hotel next door however so thankful we didn’t book this as when speaking to a couple they told us how awful the entertainment team were and overall shocking the hotel is. They actually came to our hotel for the 5 star entertainment Leah and Maria gave us. Thank you again both of u.

This hotel wasn’t a 5 star hotel it felt more like a 2 star, our bathroom leaked the whole time and looked like a pool after we had a shower, our water in the room was brown, it smelt like damp, our terrace door didn’t close, the glasses we were drinking out of weren’t clean and I cut my foot in the pool due to glass being in there!! Maria, Emily and Leah in the animation team were absolutely brilliant they made our trip better with there water activities and karaoke nights, Maria took the time to talk to us and get to know us personally she was definitely a bonus to our trip!! But still not happy with the quality of the hotel and definitely would not recommend!
