We are currently staying at this hotel for 7 days and unfortunately we are very disappointed. The hotel is old and dirty, and there is no proper internet — Wi-Fi only works around the reception area. The worst part has been the attitude of the reception staff and cleaners. Our bath was blocked, and when we complained, we were basically told, “If you don’t like it, you can go.” This is completely unacceptable customer service. We have also asked the cleaners for towels and were told the hotel has laundry problems and there are no towels available, and that some towels are only for VIP guests. We are paying guests too, so this was extremely disappointing. There is also very little to do in the evenings, especially for families with children. The food is OK and the staff in the restaurant have been pleasant, but unfortunately this does not make up for the poor condition of the hotel and, especially, the rudeness of some reception and cleaning staff. We booked this holiday to enjoy 7 days together as a family, but it has been very disappointing for both me and my children. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families.

We stayed at the hotel for the 2nd time, our 8th year in Kos which we love. Everyone is so helpful across the island and the hotel. We had a complaint regarding late check out which the manager resolved really quickly and was very helpful. Food and drinks were very good, a great selection even for a picky vegetarian! The a la carte restaurant menu wasn’t as good this year- missed the stone baked pizza ! Special thanks go to stand out team members, always on their A-game - In the bar- Zhaneta, brilliant! The restaurant- Heidi, Vaggeli & Kolla - excellent service and made dining so pleasant. Well done - we were there for 10 days in peak season and standards were very high. Our room was cleaned daily and was very comfortable and clean. We will be back next year

On arrival reception didn't bother to show you to your room could not get a drink or snack next day went to restaurant for breakfast how disappointed as food was cold had to put it in microwave to hot it up annimation disappointing evening entertainment only 1hour not worth having only time you see the the annimation team all running around as if they were doing something was when the manger come out will not be returning
