The hotel is very clean staff very good food good but sometimes a change is needed events team keep u on your toes drink at hotel prices reception very good I have been here 6 times still love it

Definitely not a 4 star hotel worn and tired,needs to be updated,the WIFI is hit and miss especially in the rooms,only supply a kettle so bring your coffee and tea,some staff miserable as is the owner who walks around with a brick of a mobile phone giving out orders and never smiles,much nicer hotels within the vicinity,hotel a little out of the way you can walk into Kardameina but the foot path is hit and miss and the area is certainly not clean,if you need to book a trip book this in Kardameina as nearly double with TUI ,would not return we did read other reviews so thought we would give it a try but sorry definitely not again weather ok but there are a lot of flies and even birds in the restaurant and staff didn’t do anything,this is a honest and true review

The Aegean village is a location you either enjoy or will have reservations about. The rooms are adequate, our particular room was a little tired with a bath that took about 5-10 minutes to empty having only having a shower. The water was a hint of light brown, maybe because of the mineral content? The room WiFi was very temperamental, only working fully 3 of the 6 full days we had there. Don't expect much from the TV. Only the TV news channels CNN and Sky are in English ( it's not always sunny in Kos) so some of our days were spent in our room. Wooden spoon is provided for hot drinks in the room however it's not always replaced with a new one. The cleaning staff do their best. The restaurant is supervised by a stern looking chap who points to where he wants you to sit. The waiting staff are brilliant though. The food is ok, however it's aimed at the mostly continental palate. Fruit juices are watered down. Bread is delicious and freshly baked and a good selection. There are 2 unused tennis courts that let the area down, owners need to tidy it up or do something else with the space. Garden areas are well kept. Most of the other guests are German so when sitting inside the hotel, you could be mistaken for not feeling you are in Greece but a city from Germany. All in all, it's ok. Not 4 star in my opinion.

Nervous having read reviews, but pleasantly surprised. Staff came out to welcome us, luggage loaded into their onsite mini bus ready to take to room( can ring for the taxi anytime). Car rental in reception. Check in informative. Staff friendly. Room 615, had stunning views. Kettle( take tea& coffee), fridge(load up from mini market),safe(chargeable)Cleaner irregular (emailed reception who corrected issues). Plenty of salads,hot food,tea&coffee severed to you at breakfast (stopped everyone walking around all the time). The guy in charge of restaurant, runs a tight ship. (Better than complaining there's no tables). Water is 3€. Mini market onsite,jewellery shop and clothes shop. Snack bar with fresh salads,pizzas made to order,baguette etc. Pool bar has ice creams too.2€ one scoops, 3€ two scoops. Beer 4.50€ Plenty of sunbeds all day. Staff all very friendly. Taxi service to & from room great. Evening entertainment, ok. Not our thing. But must shout out to daytime entertainment team,brilliant. So polite at music volume increase at water aerobics time. Not over baring at all. Beach opposite. 2 beds & parasol 9€. Bus to KOS 9.30am -14.30 right outside. We would recommend this hotel based on the right price at this time of year. Staff were all hard working, friendly and we were sad to leave. Don't normally return to same hotels but would definitely consider for next year.

We are currently staying at Lagas Aegean Village in Kos, Greece, and so far, our experience has been wonderful. While having dinner this evening, we reported a small issue with the WC, and the manager along with the reception staff responded immediately and resolved it very quickly. Their prompt and efficient service is truly appreciated. Thank you to the team for your excellent hospitality! I will share a full review once our stay is complete.
