Our time at hotel has been a wonderful experience. Lovely place to go to relax, enjoy the sun and take in the breathtaking views. The staff are extremely smiley and happy to help. The housekeeper Maria was especially lovely, smiley and attentive. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Would love to come back again!

Beautiful location with superb view. Friendly and helpful staff and modern decor. Food was excellent, loads of choice available as well as the AI option of eating once in the other restaurants (Asian & Mediterranean). The AI choice of a breakfast in the Mediterranean Restaurant was a lovely add-on too. Bus to and from Kos Town is really easy, with a stop just outside the hotel. Pool areas are amazing and well-maintained. The only suggestion for improvement we would have would be a better choice of food for late arrivals - we arrived just after midnight and there very limited choice available. Highly recommend and will certainly visit again

I had a treatment by Marianthi - she did a wonderful job at painting my nails and a very professional pedicure! She is attentive and works with precision, would definitely come back!

NEGATIVES:- We visited this property May 2026 as we have been before 2019 as we had a great time then, BUT, a lot has changed unfortunately. ARRIVAL:- On arriving to the Hotel at 3pm, we asked if there was any snacks or food available, as we had missed lunch, only to be told that no, but we could buy something at the Pool bar, even though we were All Inclusive? No welcome drink or hand towels as before, would have been nice ROOM:- We were all inclusive BUT only was allowed 2 small bottles of water per room, per day which is ludicrous, as people would end up drinking from the taps? you can get a cup of water from the Pool bar, but apart from that, you have to buy it??? We would like to especially thank Costa however, for giving us enough water for our stay, Thank you :) HEALTH & SAFETY IN ROOM:- Our telephone did not work, and despite reporting this daily, it never got sorted, if we had an emergency we would be very stuck? There was no evacuation or Fire Information behind the door, which there was when we came 2019?, and the Fire Alarm actually went off when we were there early in the morning, surely this is imperative in an emergency? On the evening, day before Departure, normally we receive a departure letter, but nothing?? SPA:- The Spa is advertised by a huge banner in the reception, as a relaxing area for time out and treatments, HOWEVER, upon visiting the Spa, the Steam Room only had 3 steam vents working, which left the rest of the room steam free and cold? The pool is meant to be 25 degrees, but on entering it, it was FREEZING and definitely not heated, the outdoor unheated Pool was warmer?? The whole area looked very tired, and seemed that nothing had actually been updated since we went 2019? We reported this to the Staff, and they just said, yes we know??? Main Pool Area:- There were holes in the umbrellas, which looked very tired, the Spa barcode on the tables were disabled?, the cocktails served at the bar were told to be watered down to last longer??, the actual Bar was supposed to shut at 6pm, however, it closed at 5.45pm? we had no where to change our daily pool towels even though we were told where to change them, everyone said no not us??? a towel man used to be at the Pool area daily from 10am to 4pm, for you to change fresh towels, but not now, seems you have to keep smelly ones? The food at lunch in the Mediterranean Bar was nice, but pork kebabs overcooked, and would be nice to have something different each day, rather than the same stuff?? Ice cream in the freezer was actually freezer burnt and so hard you couldn't scoop it?? Didn't see anyone throughout the stay test the Pool Water either? POSITIVES:- Main Restaurant:_ the quality and variety of food in the Main Restaurant was fantastic, compliments to the Chef, even though it could all be hotter. The Staff morning and evening were exceptional, very attentive, polite, and great to see some old faces :) Costa did a great job running the whole Dining Room daily. Pool Area:- The quite end sunbed cushions were great, but the bar end were all getting tired and worn Room:- Our cleaner lady was BRILLIANT!!!! thank you :) Its a great shame that this Hotel has changed, as it is situated in a fantastic location with an amazing pool, even though its freezing :) Clearly they need to make changes to improve, and the Hotel Manager could be much more people friendly!!

Just arrived back from a week long stay here and I am gutted to be home I wish we done 10 nights. The hotel is fantastic and very clean, the views are outstanding and I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else that will be able to beat the views from the room and the pool. The staff are so friendly all over the hotel and always want to help you when they can (especially the young girl at the pool bar). The food was good quality and the drinks were some of the best we have had at an all inclusive, the buffet is smaller than most all inclusives we have been to but that allows the staff to focus on quality over quantity. The only downsides of the hotel is that it’s out of the way from anything really, there is only one shop in the hotel and one shop down the road that shut early on weekends so if you are hungry or want snacks after dinner you will have to get a taxi or drive into Kos town which is around 15 minute drive. We arrived at 12AM and were told late night snacks were available in the buffet restaurant but this only consisted of lettuce, peppers, cabbage and soup which was disappointing as we were hungry. Also the buffet says it finished at 10:30PM but most of the stuff is away and not replenished by 9:30PM and food delivery wasn’t available to the hotel. But all in all we had a magnificent trip and I would 100% return.
