Overall, despite a few bumps, it was a very enjoyable experience. When we arrived very late, the hotel receptionist informed us that there are some salads, soup, and cold meats for us to eat after check-in in the main restaurant for late arrivals, and we were even given a complimentary welcome drink at the bar, a lovely touch! We booked a sea view room, and it was beautiful. We could see Türkiye across the water and caught some wonderful sunrises. We also really appreciated that coffee pods and bottled water were provided fresh every single day. However, room cleanliness definitely needed more attention. Upon arrival, we found two random contact lenses, and we later discovered a half-eaten chocolate behind the bed that had ants all over it. Unfortunately, on our second day, a heavy rainstorm also caused our ceiling to leak. While we completely understand that the weather and the leak itself were out of the hotel's control, the front desk staff could have handled the situation with a bit more compassion; when we reported it, we were simply told, "Sorry. This is a huge problem" and left feeling dismissed. After a few trips to reception we were offered to swap rooms at 11pm to a land view room which was not sufficient as we booked a sea view room for a reason and we ended up pushing the bed to the middle of the room and stayed the night. Thankfully, the hotel manager, Mr. Lampros, was incredibly attentive once he got involved and made sure these mishaps didn’t ruin the rest of our stay. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was tasty with a wide selection, definitely worth trying everything! Over at the spa, the pool wasn't quite as warm as we expected, but the staff, Lia, Valasia, and Marianthi were so kind and attentive, and our massages were wonderful. The infinity pool also boasts a fantastic location with gorgeous views. Additionally, the on-site mini-market is a super little shop stocked with all the necessities and souvenirs, which is great since there aren't other shops nearby. A special shoutout to Kata at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay! Overall: Despite the hiccups with housekeeping and the front desk's initial reaction, the positives of this hotel far outweighed the negatives. We truly had a wonderful, memorable holiday, thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we would absolutely consider visiting again in the future!

I’m not sure where to start with this hotel. Was it awful? No? Was it up to standard, also no. We had 2 rooms with 3 people in each. We stayed for a week all inclusive. Every day there was an issue, no water restocked, no towels. Or 2 towels for 3 people. There was also no toilet roll left on one day. Reception were always quick to rectify, but I didn’t appreciate a trip to reception to deal with daily. The bathrooms in the rooms offer no privacy, they are frosted glass but you can see the outline of everything. Also there are large gaps in the doors etc so you can hear and see EVERYTHING. Not great when you are sharing a room with your 9 year old. See picture of the towel on the inside of the glass. There are loud alarms on doors if left open, they did not work properly so you would hear these going off into the early hours of the morning when people came back to their rooms. The toilets by the pool were never particularly clean, there was often no toilet roll and some doors without locks. The floors were generally dirty and bins over flowing. The reception toilets were always immaculate. The staff in the restaurant were all lovely and remembered our morning coffees. The bar staff again were all friendly and replenished your drinks when needed. The lady at the beach bar was an absolute superstar and my son aged 9 loved her. She was always helpful and chatty, while working on her own in the sun. A credit to the hotel. The rooms were serviced daily. It seems all they did was make the beds, nothing else was cleaned (sink, shower, toilet) We ate in Soya one night (the Asian fusion) the food was incredible, the service impeccable. I highly recommend you try this restaurant if you can! There was always a good selection in the buffet. It was luke warm at best which did let it down a little. Lots of fresh fruit available at every meal. Try the breakfast pretzels, so good! Evening entertainment was good. We saw the duo ‘the teachers’ one night. What talent! Beach is stunning. Sunbeds are very packed together and impossible to get one after 10am. Would I recommend this hotel? Possibly not. I don’t think it’s quite up to standards, it is Mose definitely not a 5 star, although it wouldn’t take much to get it there!
