This will be me and my partners 3rd Greek island. First let me say The island of Kos is absolutely stunning. We did so much this holiday as you are able to hire a car/bikes/quad bikes right at the reception of the hotel which is a great positive about this hotel Me and my partner stayed for 8 nights and for the majority of it, we went out travelling the island to many different places. But when we stayed at the hotel we faced some issues. (NEGATIVES) 1. So many wasps around the main pool area! If you’re not bothered by wasps flying around you from time to time it’s ok. Unless you lay next to people who leave their half drank Drinks out which unluckily happened to be us twice then a pack of wasps will disturb you and your sun beds. 2. The food is not 4 stars. Me and my partner are not fussy eaters by any means and we actually thought the food wasn’t that bad like everybody we spoke to was making it out to be. But being honest it definitely wasn’t 4 stars. It tends to be the same thing every other night. And if you’re really picky about your food then this might not be the place for you. The food is more 2/3 stars. But it wasn’t terrible. Just not up to standard. There is a pool diner with a set menu. Great for kids and a quick bite to eat and the drinks/cocktails are average. 3. There is nothing around this hotel. There’s no shops or restaurants or bars nearby. You can walk straight out the complex and pay 2 euros to get a bus to kos town or pay 12 euros for a taxi which is your best bet if you want that. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO THAT. MY partner loved Kow town so many shops and great bars. 4. A few ants and Bugs in the room. The cleaners did an amazing job sorting this out for us. I wouldn’t recommend you leave your doors open. But the cleaners really did us a solid with this. You just might not get as lucky as we did. 5. If you’ve booked premium. You get your own sun bed dedicated to your room number which is great. But you will still find yourself walking to the main pool bar if you want drinks and food ahaha. Which I think is abit annoying for the guys who payed premium. So people who reserve sun beds early at the main pool area tend to have it abit better. 6. Not much entertainment. Normally when we’ve been we’ve seen magic nights, fire performers, and serval types of bands and singers. But here there wasn’t much for 4 stars. POSITIVES 1. The staff are amazing. The reception staff are the most helpful and polite staff we’ve ever encountered on our holidays. 2. You can hire a vehicle straight at reception if you wanna travel 3. Gym has decent equipment that you need to get in a quick workout. 4. Aircon is spot on: easy to use 5. There’s a shop with essentials. 6. Obviously WiFi. 7. Plenty of pools to use. You can still use all the pools just not the sunbeds with peoples dedicated rooms on. There were a few sun beds with no numbers on. Not sure Mixed reviews on the beach from everyone: we found that everyone overreacted about the beach. It has a lovely black sand in certain parts but is very rocky so bring you swim shoes if you wanna go in. If you walk up to the left there’s a swing on one of the trees. Good for photos. Overall the hotel could definitely be better but it’s not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. If you’re going there and you end up not liking the food or the beach. Theres decently priced taxis or cheap buses to Kos town and Tigaki beach (the best rated beach on the island).
My husband and I stayed for.my birthday and it was amazing. The hotel was so clean, a friendly atmosphere and no task too small for the staff members. The reception team were amazing. Especially, Evangelia who fixed my husband's suitcase which broke during departure and Dimitrios who was so lovely, kind and professional
The staff here are amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. I was very unwell on my first day and the staff arranged an ambulance. The next day they arranged an appointment at a private clinic for me. They even offered to cook me my own food to follow the doctors guidelines. We stayed in a premiere room and it was lovely. The hotel is really nice and the views are stunning. The premier pool was very quiet and relaxing and next to the beach. By the main pool there is a bar with music and snacks available. Would definetly recommend coming here.
At most a 3 star hotel not a 4. Firstly, the food selection there was one of the worst I have ever seen. Same stuff everyday and a really small buffet. There wasn't anything really interesting other than gyros one day, which didn't even taste amazing. Had to mainly go kos town just to have some lunch. Secondly, the beach was tiny and not even a proper beach. A small amount if sand and rocks and thats about it. There wasn't enough sunbeds either so you'd just have to keep it by the pool. Thirdly, the hotel is riddled and COVERED in honey bees. This isn't even a joke; me and my girlfriend were sat having some drinks and then all of a sudden a swarm of bees surrounded us and our drinks and made it undrinkable. But also the bar, the bins were FILLED with them. I was stung 5 times on the holiday. Finally, the entertainment was really poor. Had two singers perform throughout the 7 days we were there. And no pool entertainment either or kids club. So wouldn't come here on a family holiday. But I must say the bungalow room we had was nice and clean and modern. I guess it saved the holiday. The beds were also quite comfy and the shower was nice and big. In addition, another good thing was the shuttle bus. It's €4 a person to kos town and to be fair cheap. Only problem is it's cash only and theres a period of time between 12-5pm when the bus doesn't come. So pick wisely when you go. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this holiday.
A fantastic hotel in a somewhat secluded location, perfect for relaxation. Friendly staff who truly value hospitality. And modern, renovated rooms that leave nothing to be desired. We had a premium bungalow with a sea view that left nothing to be desired. We've never had such comfortable mattresses in a hotel room before and slept wonderfully as a result. We especially liked the double vanity and the proximity to the pool. The air conditioning was very modern and the temperature could be precisely adjusted. The mosquito nets on the terrace and the bathroom window were also invaluable. The pool bar had a very good selection of drinks. There were a few bees, but this is a natural consequence of the many flowers in the hotel.
