The Aeolos Beach Hotel

This hotel is rated 4 star ,food very poor am gluten free, the ran out of bread did offer alternative rice cakes , issue with rose wine could only get it in restaurant after I complained we was offered a jug or bottle, we we went to restaurant for evening meal they had run out of Tose wine the following night we had 1 glass each before running out ,very poor selection of alcoholic drinks wouldn't recommend the hotel kos town very nice

We are coming to the end of our 7 days holiday and wow what a 7 days it has been, utter relaxation. We arrived at reception to be greeted with the friendliest of welcomes and taken to our rooms. The location and views are absolutely stunning for a couple who love to chill and appreciate our surroundings. We are staying in a premium bungalow and it is so worth it, beautifully clean accommodation, with the gorgeous views and the reserved sunbeds around the premium users pool. What's better than swimming in a relaxing pool with sea views. We mainly used the beach restaurant and have thoroughly enjoyed each meal (the tastiest all inclusive I have ever eaten). A huge shout out to all the staff who work in that restaurant they work so hard, nothing is an effort to them, and are a credit to the hotel. We have yet to find a place that we can't wait to return to but now we have.This is an absolute gem of a place. Thank you to you all we can't wait to return

It was my mum’s 75th birthday and it was the best place to celebrate it. The staff made it very special for he from day 1. She’ll never forget it. Service was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the lady at the reception. The resort is so clean and picturesque. We loved our banglow with the balcony. There are 5 pools and you can choose any you want. If you want music you can go to that pool. If you want a quiet place you can choose that pool. The price was just right. The food is also very good, but if you like a bit of spice then you might have to carry chilli powder with you. Food and drinks are available all day. The beach is beautiful and you will need to wear beach footwear to swim.

After checking in with Evangelia at reception who was so helpful and kind nothing was to much for her and made us feel very welcome We had pre-booked the supieor bungalows which recently been modernised/refurbished lovely spacious bathrooms with good sized bedrooms. Food in the main restaurant and beach restaurant is lovely with an excellent choice of salads mains and desserts. 4 swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds and the beach a 2 minute walk local beach bars also only a 5 minute walk away. Excellent shuttle bus service to Kos town (only 10mins away) Perfect hotel for a relaxing break will definitely be coming back

We stayed here for 7 nights as part of a family trip, with two young children. We stayed in a premium bungalow. Very spacious and clean however smell of sewage upon entry as well as having to evict 3 cockroaches throughout our stay. Our relatives stayed in the double rooms in the main building. The air con wasn’t on and was told that it only comes on once the temperatures reach 26 degrees however the information channel on the tv said it comes on in June. Food was very basic but decent. We noticed that a lot of the left over meat that was cooked up in the afternoon in the pool grill would end up as part of a dish in the evening. The food was not good for children and not much choice for them at all. Rooms were tidied daily, however to a very basic standard. Bedsheets were pulled straight and towels only changed once throughout our stay. Despite requesting a double bed we had two single beds pushed together with two seperate duvets/sheets which was a nightmare when our toddler decided to join us in the middle of the night and would fall through the gap. The bar staff appeared moody and not very approachable. If you asked for something off the menu which wasn’t one of their popular drinks, they would look at you like you’ve asked for a miracle. There is no service around the pool. It’s down to you to clear your own cups etc which takes that 4* rating away. People would leave their drinks which would attract wasps in their hundreds (no exaggeration). The pool also wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. Loads of sand and debris gathered around the edges of the main pool. Another concern we had was the amount of disposable plastic cups used each day from the pool bar. Literally hundreds straight in to landfill. Would be an idea to invest in reusable plastic cups. We also got given glasses from the main bar in the main building. The barman asked where we were sitting and I told them we were going for dinner. He asked me to bring the glasses back after as they are short of glasses. I didn’t feel this was really my job as it was pot luck wether or not you got offered a drink with your dinner or not. The holiday served its purpose which was a quick getaway with the family however we ended up spending approximately £500 travelling off site for decent food and a nicer beach (highly recommend Tigkaki beach which is 10 mins away). No entertainment for the kids. There was a disco one evening which was aimed at adults and a Greek night where two dancers tried to entertain for an hour and a half.
