TUI BLUE Oceanis Beach Resort & Spa

A fabulous hotel. The Staff are incredible and made the holiday amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help you. Every member of staff we met were polite, helpful and professional. The atmosphere was chilled and relaxed. .The domestic and ground staff kept the hotel clean and spotless. Our room maid was lovely and made an extra effort to make sure everything was perfect for us. The restaurant staff were always there to serve hot and cold drinks and constantly observed when you needed a refill. The food in the main buffet restaurant was excellent with a good variety of meat and vegetable dishes. The deserts were to die for, the presentation of which was amazing. The head chef came out to check everything was just perfect. The Culinarium restaurant was very nice too, and the staff made you feel welcome. The entertainment was just right, not too much or too little. The entertainment team provided a range of daytime activities. The beach is mainly pebbles, advisable to wear sea shoes, and has a steep drop not far into the sea. There is very little outside the hotel and you would need to go to Kos town for shopping etc. reception staff would organize a taxi for you. The hotel has a small mini market shop. The only thing i didn't like was the fact i found one spa reception staff member unhelpful. You may find that the hotel Internet is intermittent. Would return.

We stayed for 10 nights and booked a garden view junior sweet with pool. When we first arrived we were not happy with the garden view as it was a very busy carpark not a garden. They said we could change rooms bit not for 3 days so we didn't bother. Also the ants in the terrace where are pool was were ridiculous we complained so many times. Most of the staff were nice and welcoming. The choice of food was also a let down as it was just repetative and the drinks were not the best even when you pay for the better quality . Was a ok holiday but not 5 star

Location excellent. Staff brilliant. Food superb. All inclusive worked well although cocktails were watered down but included everything. Just about 4 star. Our upgrade room had garden and jacuzzi that there was no cover for and panel switch was broken and not repaired properly. The accommodation on the face of it appeared good but there were no draws to put anything in and we virtually lived out of suitcases for two weeks. Obviously designer inspired but totally inpracticle. Maid service was excellent and no problems there. Mini bar for beer and fizzy drinks refilled twice a week and was all part of all inclusive. Paved floors everywhere very dangerous when wet as we discovered when we had storms. Room key cards blanked out around 5 or 6 times over 14 days, requiring a reception reset. Very annoying and could never really find out what the problem was. To summarise we loved the hotel and the amenities with friendly staff but just too many negatives to return.

The general feel of this hotel is that of a well managed and clean hotel. Excellent staff from the reception to the restaurant we cannot fault it. Antonis the restaurant manager is fantastic as are all the senior team. Never been to a hotel where you are introduced to the management team and you see them and talk to them daily. Our daily chats with Stephanos the Manager made us feel that we were really part of a beautiful Greek family. Lorena at the Greco creps bar is an absolute perfect smiling happy host and has so much knowledge about the islant. THE ENTERTAINMENTS TEAM deserve a special mention Isabel and Pearl and the whole team were fantastic and came to chat every single day there enthusiastic approach is infectious. We found the food this year was exceptional .Well done we will be back in May for out 4th visit and our three weeks in 2027. This hotel gets better each visit.

We've just returned from another fantastic week in the Oceanis. This was our 3rd visit since 2022. We just wanted to say huge thank you to all the incredible staff who work tirelessly to ensure you have the best experience. A special thank you to Anthony on reception for the warmest welcome on arrival on 17th May and being so patient with us as we were so excited to be back and busy quizzed him about the members of staff that we hoped would still be there. An extra special thank you to Antonis and Stephanos, they are the most special of people and demonstrate what beautiful Greek hospitality is. It was wonderful to see them again and we so appreciate how they made us feel like family! Thank you so much! You are both the jewels in the 'Oceanis crown' and we absolutely adore you both ! The hotel is absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained, food was delicious and entertainment was brilliant, we especially enjoyed Michael Jackson tribute and the 3 wonderful classical singers! Thank you so much for your warmest of welcomes and giving us another amazing holiday which we will add to the wonderful memories we already have. God bless you, Steve and Gill, room 3522 Xx
