TUI BLUE Oceanis Beach Resort & Spa

The geographical location is close to the sea. It is very comfortable to go out to the sea. The service is very thoughtful. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly to us. When you go to town, you only need to ask them to help us take a taxi at the front desk. It is very quiet at night and the sleep quality is very high.

It's been just short of a week since we got home from our fabulous holiday. What can I say except there was nothing to fault at all. We requested a twin room and had the perfect view over the quiet pool, the gardens and sea. The hotel was spotless, the staff were all very friendly and attentive and worked super hard. The entertainment team were brilliant and put on some great evenings - they also worked extremely hard. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. We also had three a-la-carte meals in the Mediterranean, Italian and Greek restaurants - you need to give them a go!! We had a private transfer to and from the hotel and they were brilliant. During our stay we had a trip into Kos Town, an evening trip to Zia which was really pretty and had a meal in Olympia 2 and watched the sunset. Also a three island trip for the day which was amazing. We both had a fantastic time just relaxing, eating, drinking and chilling by the pool and had a well deserved break. Unfortunately, we are back to reality (work and normal busy lives) but this will pay for our next adventures. I hope people enjoy their stay as much as we did.

We have visited this hotel eight times since 2013 we've always had a great experience so much so friends and family members have also had holidays here. 2 people deserve a shout out - Antonis the restaurant manager who manages to keep everything flowing remembering and chatting to the many returning holiday makers whilst at the same time ensuring all guests receive attention and an enjoyable experience (it's quite remarkable to see him do this). Second shout out must go to Lorana who serves at the cabin Greco from 10am until 6pm - always with a smile - this girl is like an octopus - serving beers, soft drinks, coffee - ice cream (all flavours), making crepes and delicious toasties sometimes it seems almost simultaneously,oh and also keeping an eye on the safety of people by the pool. All staff are very efficient and the hotel is immaculate. Don't worry about sunbeds being reserved the hotel has a policy whereby if beds with towels are left unattended before 10am the pool guy comes and collects them. However there are more than enough beds for everyone anyway. The only reason I didn't give 5* was because the room towels were getting thin and threadbare;some had small holes in them. The rooms are always immaculately clean. We can't wait for our next visit.

Recomended. Food superb and staff wonderful. Big shout out to Themis Resv Mgr, Claire GR, Constantina C Maid, Irene and Lily-Bars, Valentin-Lucas waiters, and Vlassis. You must go.

My holiday at Oceanis was nothing but fabulous! The entertainment team work extremely hard making all the guests happy throughout their stay. Special shout out to Amy who works every day putting on ALL the fitness classes which are excellent. We had a lovely conversation with Pearl and Isabelle who spent their free time chatting with us and welcomed us to all activities. This was not all as the shows they put on were fantastic. Especially the Michael Jackson show I have never seen anything like this before and the standard of the whole team blew us away! WE WILL BE BACK! I can’t recommend this hotel enough! 😀
