TUI BLUE Palazzo del Mare

We stayed here in August and had such an incredible time. Our swim-up room had sun for the majority of the day, from after breakfast right through until the evening. Every single member of staff we encountered was so helpful and friendly, which made every interaction even more enjoyable. We went into Kos, and the hotel very kindly organised a taxi for us. We got the bus back, which was really simple. Every day we were spoilt for choice with delicious food, and we never felt like the dishes were repeated to death. Everything was always fresh and hot. One evening we ventured into the local town for a cocktail, but it was just a little disappointing. As it was the same price as the cocktails at the hotel, we decided to stay on site for the rest of our evenings. The evening entertainment was also excellent, and we had a brilliant time at the TUI Blue Moon Party. The pool is spectacular, and it’s lovely having a swim-up room that leads straight into such a large pool. The sun loungers are also incredibly comfortable thanks to the thick padding, and there was never any struggle to find one in the main pool area as there were always plenty available. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay that we’ve booked to return again this year. Genuinely we had no negative comments about the hotel. Highly recommend!

Just returned from 10 nights in the Palazzo Del Mare, we had a fantastic time and was just the de-stress we needed and our swim up room was outstanding. The food was good, my husband always found something different to try, I on the other hand found it more difficult (slight fussy eater) but did not starve!! Our room was cleaned daily and the staff around the hotel were very helpful. We did feel a bit disappointed with location of the hotel, we were told it was a 20 min walk to the town of Marmari (which it was) but 1 or 2 bars and one pizza restaurant is not a town as far as I'm concerned and the beer was more expensive that it was in the hotel!!! So the result being we felt a bit confined to the hotel & we didn't want go all the way into Kos town every night for a different bar. Our other issue was the hotel seemed to lack atmosphere, especially in the evening during the entertainment, as not many people seemed join in or attend (I know it's not compulsory but it made the atmosphere a bit flat) My overall thoughts... we had a great time but will not be returning to this hotel or Kos anytime soon. As for noise level...we were probably the ones making the most noise!!!!

I write this as I sit on my sunbed for our last day in the beautiful Kos sunshine at the Palazzo del Mare hotel. Being an adults only hotel the atmosphere is peaceful and very relaxing. The sun beds are padded for extra comfort and spaced out for that sense of privacy. The pool layout is perfect with interconnected areas for you to swim around, all connected with beautiful gardens and walk over bridges. The hotel rooms are set over two floors making it easy for access to all areas of the pool and terraces. The staff are amazing and very friendly, the food was very good at all times with plenty of choice and always delicious. The beach opposite the hotel isn’t up to much with no beach bar but a short 10 min walk will bring you to the main beach with bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Big shout out to the Tiki bar..very nice cocktails. Back at the hotel the evenings are relaxed with great entertainment from various acts from around the island. My only small criticism is the one free beer your allowed at meals before you have to pay for any extra drinks, it’s not a big deal really but you are signing receipts every time and the beer size is short which is crafty. A minor thing I just found amusing. Overall a very nice hotel that I would definitely recommend to couples looking for that special relaxing holiday 👌❤️ 9.5 / 10

The hotel is stunning. So much so we have booked again for this and next Summer. If you like peace and quiet in lovely surroundings this hotel is for you. It’s located just across the road from a beautiful beach that goes for miles in both directions. Everywhere is spotless. The food is excellent, but most of all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have just experienced a genuine mistake on my Sons booking and Elif in Reservations went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Absolutely outstanding customer service. They can’t do enough for you. Can’t wait to visit again in the next few weeks.

We have just returned back from one week in the Palazzo Del Mare, and it was beautiful. All of the staff, from catering and bar staff to housekeeping and grounds, work so hard and are so friendly. The hotel and gardens are kept immaculate. We had a swim up room with a terrace, and the smell from the jasmine hedge was the loveliest thing. We asked for a room in 200+ as we’d heard that they receive sun all day long. We were in the perfect location and close to the pool bar so had their background music all day too, which was nice. The pool is the biggest we've ever seen, a good depth all around, and never busy. There are also plenty of sun beds for everyone, even if you haven't got a swim-up room. The food was generous and the entertainment was good, however, I understand that it is the same programme each week so if you’re staying for more than 7 days I think you’ll see the same act twice. My only reservation was the open bathroom in the room – I wasn’t keen on this and the lack of privacy, but the room had everything else we needed. People have commented about the bar manager being really friendly, but we wouldn’t know. He didn’t even acknowledge us let along speak – so obviously our face didn’t fit!
