TUI BLUE Palazzo del Mare

We had a fantastic week at Palazzo del Mare and were very impressed with the hotel. The food at the restaurant was very good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the variety of activities, particularly the excellent sports programme with yoga, stretching, functional training, kettlebells and pool workouts. Sophie, who led the sessions during our stay, was a fantastic trainer - professional, cheerful and very friendly. The sandy beach is right in front of the hotel, and getting to Kos Town is easy with the nearby air-conditioned bus (€2.50). What we loved most was how peaceful the hotel was. The adults-only atmosphere, low-rise buildings and rooms opening directly onto the outside around the pool create a really relaxing environment. A wonderful place for a quiet and active holiday. We would happily come back!

We had a fantastic holiday at Palazzo del Mare in Kos! This was our second time staying at the hotel, and once again we stayed for two wonderful weeks. All the staff are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. This applies to everyone – the restaurant staff, the beach team, reception, the bar and hospitality staff, and the entertainment team. A big 10 out of 10! The entertainment during the day and in the evenings was fantastic and so much fun, especially thanks to Alessia. Alessia from TUI was absolutely amazing. She really made our holiday extra special with her fantastic entertainment, warm personality, enthusiasm and professionalism. We had such a great time thanks to her! The food is good and varied, with plenty of choice. The swimming pool is large, relaxing and conveniently located close to the beach. Everything is just perfect for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The only point we would mention as an area for improvement is the gym. The equipment is quite old and could definitely use an update. The gym is also very important to us when we are on holiday, so having more modern equipment would be a great improvement. But if you are looking for a fantastic holiday, we can highly recommend booking your stay at Palazzo del Mare. We absolutely loved it and would happily come back again! This was our sixth visit to the hotel and it was like returning home. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite on the ground floor in a block of 10 rooms. So much space and comfort. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be recognised by staff in the restaurant from our previous visits and thank you in particular to Muhammed, Ilina and Ndricim. Looking forward to seeing you all again next year.

We returned to palazzo del mare at the end of June/ July ,it was our fifth visit to this lovely hotel and it was as lovely as previous stays. We normally stay in the annex with swim up but we were in the main pool which was ok but not my cup of tea we were in room 205 and normally were in 101 etc which we would have preferred but that was due to an error on our part at time of booking but the holiday was still as enjoyable as ever ( except we didn’t have a bath in our room and I do like the option of bath or shower). The shop in the hotel is only open from 9 till 1 now which was a bit disappointing so get all you need after breakfast which we did milk etc, we have booked for next year so see you then palazzo del mare 😊

We stayed here in August and had such an incredible time. Our swim-up room had sun for the majority of the day, from after breakfast right through until the evening. Every single member of staff we encountered was so helpful and friendly, which made every interaction even more enjoyable. We went into Kos, and the hotel very kindly organised a taxi for us. We got the bus back, which was really simple. Every day we were spoilt for choice with delicious food, and we never felt like the dishes were repeated to death. Everything was always fresh and hot. One evening we ventured into the local town for a cocktail, but it was just a little disappointing. As it was the same price as the cocktails at the hotel, we decided to stay on site for the rest of our evenings. The evening entertainment was also excellent, and we had a brilliant time at the TUI Blue Moon Party. The pool is spectacular, and it’s lovely having a swim-up room that leads straight into such a large pool. The sun loungers are also incredibly comfortable thanks to the thick padding, and there was never any struggle to find one in the main pool area as there were always plenty available. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay that we’ve booked to return again this year. Genuinely we had no negative comments about the hotel. Highly recommend!
