Dimitrsi, the bartender, is by far the best employee at this hotel. He is always smiling, genuinely enjoys his job, and that positive attitude has a huge impact on the guests' experience. If every member of the hotel staff were like him, this place would be perfect. Dimitri always takes the time to chat with everyone, exchange a few words, and make every evening more enjoyable. His service is nothing short of exceptional. He's not just a waiter—he should be the manager of this place!

A wonderful hotel with great staff. The waiters are very friendly and hardworking. The food is excellent. The hotel, pool areas, and beach are very clean. The massages are fantastic, and the manager, Elina, is amazing. greetings to everyone and especially to : Ronnie, Joel, and Bilal.

Myself, my partner and our 6 year old son stayed at this hotel at the end of June and overall had an enjoyable holiday, although there were some areas that could be improved. The pools are definitely the highlight of this hotel. There are so many of them, and our son absolutely loved them. The beach is also beautiful and conveniently located next to one of the pools. Our room was clean and spacious, with good air conditioning and excellent daily housekeeping. Breakfast was consistently good, drinks were great (especially the slushies and non alcoholic cocktails), and the staff were fantastic, friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, the lunch and evening food was the biggest disappointment. The choice was repetitive, lacked variety, and some dishes felt more like budget options than what you would expect from a holiday resort (chopped liver?). There were limited choices for children and vegetarians, and the buffet area was too small, resulting in very long queues. We also experienced issues with hot water in the evenings, which was frustrating after a full day of swimming. Another issue we noticed was the number of mosquitoes, all three of us were bitten quite a lot during our stay. Overall, the pools and staff are what make this hotel enjoyable and they really are its strengths. However, the food quality, queues, mosquito problem and a few practical issues would make us think twice about returning.

Stayed between 28.06 to 08.06 Arrived early hours due to delayed inbound flight. Warm welcome from reception team and was given a bag with some food in (wrap crisps fruit) due to late arrival. We had already booked late check out through TUI was given our check out time 24 hours in advance however there was a mix up on our time but was quickly resolved. TUI website states a 45 minute transfer. We had a 20 minute transfer on arrival and 15 minute transfer on departure. We stayed in room 1143 in the main building above reception. Room was spacious. Balcony was also spacious with plenty of chairs. There is noise from entertainment if you are staying in the main building till 11pm. This didn’t really bother us. We only used the buffet restaurant. Plenty of choice. The children’s section is only available at dinner. Peak times you do have to wait to be seated but queue still moved pretty quick. Always greeted with a warm welcome from the restaurant hosts. There’s multiple pools we used the family relax pool. Never had an issue getting sun loungers as there was multiple available around each pool and even the beach. Wanderbar plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Was a little bit busier during World Cup matches but still managed to find a table. Thank you to Demitris in the Wanderbar always was up for a chat and quick service. Various activities throughout the day. Majority of the evening entertainment is either near the wunderbar or amphitheater. We booked 2 excursions through the TUI Reps (Lido waterpark and glass bottom boat in Kefalos).
