TUI MAGIC LIFE Marmari Palace

The hotel is average, beach over crowded. We had money stolen from our locked safe and so did our friends, the management have not accepted responsibility. Life guards around the pool focus on their phones. The place looks stunning but look deeper and a lot maintenance is required, saw several accidents whilst there. Rooms are good, some of the food is also good, staff appear lovely but felt I could not trust anyone.

my friend and myself have done 7 magic life holidays this is not up to a 5 star hotel on arrival we were not taken to our room as expected we booked twin room but had to share a double bed the bath mat had mould on it dressing gowns stained as were sheets food cold and same every day tiles in the pool broken several children cut there feet and were wearing crocks to go in the water we were so disappointed booked out 3 days early and got a flight home both had upset stomach due to the awful food we just stuck to salad will not be going back

Arrived around 11pm at the hotel to be greeted by a very warm welcome and a goodie bag with food and drink in it which was a nice touch. Check in was fast and easy and our cases were taken to our room by the bellboy. The room was huge, loads of space and plenty of storage for our clothes. The bed was massive and very comfy. The only negative to the room was it was ground floor so no views and the balcony had no privacy at all. We were in room 2007 so away from the main hotel. The location of the room wasn’t ideal as you had to cross the pool area to gain access to the main hotel which at times was slippy. It didn’t bother us to much but if you are not to mobile it may be an issue. There are also loads of steps all over the complex so again if you have mobility issues you may want to stay in the main hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing. Several pools, loads of sun lounges, plenty of restaurants and areas to sit, eat and drink along with a spar and gym that we did not use but looked nice. Food was great and the snacks were amazing as well. It’s the best food we have had in 22 years of going abroad. The evening entertainment was good but the entertainment staff were not pushy if you didn’t fancy it. We tended to stay in the main bar which was table service all night. I’d like to say a special thanks to Ansar who treated us amazing and is a credit to the hotel. We also found Pemba was always smiling and happy along with Jess who made the time to speak to us every night. Unfortunately there was one member of staff (Irina) who could not crack a smile in ten days and is in the wrong job, all the other staff were smiling and having fun and she just had no emotion at all and didn’t engage with anyone so Stick her in the kitchen out the back. We were not the only people who commented on her behaviour. The hotel location is a bit remote so don’t expect to go wandering but the bus stops outside the hotel which goes to Kos town for €4 which we used. The private beach was nice but as the sea was a bit choppy we tended to stay around the pools. We booked a couple of trips with the Tui rep ( three island boat trip and the Greek night at Zia) both trips were great and well worth the money. Overall we had an amazing holiday, the hotel was amazing, the food was amazing and being honest we have found it had to find any real negatives. I do believe we will return in the future and will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Vacation with really Nice and I relaxed in the Time

Die Location was very nice the Rooms are very nice and Big and I like the Sees view. I like all Pools and the Barkeeper always good to me. I like the Beach because was so Big.
