TUI MAGIC LIFE Marmari Palace

We have just returned from our fourth visit to TUI Magic Life Marmari Palace, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we could not have been made to feel more welcome. The Room:Our accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and beautifully presented. It came with a gorgeous view and was thoroughly cleaned daily by the wonderful housekeeping staff. Pools & Sunbeds: - The pools are clean, pristine, and beautifully warm. One of the biggest highlights for us is that there are always plenty of sunbeds to go around. You can relax knowing there is absolutely no need to wake up at the crack of dawn to reserve a spot! The Food - The dining experience was exceptional, and we have zero complaints. We have a fussy eater in the family, and she always had plenty of choices. There was a reliable and delicious daily selection of pasta, salads, and chips, alongside beautifully cooked meat and fish options. The entertainment is better this year than previous years, and there is lots to do during the day. TIP - head to the beach to watch the sunset - it is breathtaking! The Standout Staff - What truly sets this resort apart is its team. A massive thank you to the individuals who made our holiday so special: Marija (Reception): An absolute delight who went out of her way to make our holiday feel magical. Always smiling and having fun. Georgio (Head of Reception): Incredibly kind, professional, and helpful with everything we needed. A really lovely man. Sushmita (Pool Bar): Always friendly, smiling, and highly efficient. She works tirelessly every single day without stopping! Marek (Entertainment Assistant Manager): He always stopped to make a wonderful fuss over our daughter and check that we were all doing okay. Maria (Guest Services): She is a wonderful person. We were so happy to see her back this year! She is an absolute asset to the hotel. Mr. Grigorios (General Manager): An incredible manager who treats us like his very own family every time we return. Thank you to everyone at Marmari Palace for another unforgettable holiday. We are already counting down until visit number five!

The hotel is amazing. Amazing food, some of the best pools and fantastic service. Most importantly, the server dimitris. He was tending to our needs constantly with a smile and energy. He is definitely a highlight of our holiday

15 minutes if you go directly from the airport. This hotel complex is very isolated. There is a bus stop outside, 4 Euros to Kos town by bus but buses can arrive full. The journey takes about half an hour. 30 Euros by taxi. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The shower room was huge. The grounds are very attractive, the beach and pools well maintained. There is one "peaceful" pool without music. The food in the buffet was varied and of good quality. The three a la carte restaurant experiences were enjoyable. The alcoholic drinks were not good. The staff were smiling, helpful and efficient. The evening entertainment was largely singing and dancing by the staff. We stayed just outside of the peak season and finding sun beds and shades (good quality) was not a problem at this time.

We had a wonderful week with our family at TUI MAGIC LIFE Marmari Palace! A beautiful hotel, great atmosphere and plenty of activities. A special thank you to Dimitris, who served us drinks in the evenings. He was always friendly, smiling and incredibly helpful – he made our evenings even more enjoyable! 🍹😊 Dimitris is a true gem of this hotel. We hope to come back again! ❤️🇬🇷

We had an amazing time at TUI MAGIC LIFE Marmari Palace! 😊 The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were super friendly and the service was really good. A special thank you to Dimitris, who was such a great waiter — always smiling, friendly and very attentive. He really made us feel welcome! The food was delicious, there was plenty of choice, and the pools were absolutely fantastic. 🏖️☀️ We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️
