Weve had the best time x great hotel and service is impeccable x thankyou to the maid in room 1133, spotless everyday x the restaurants are amazing and the food choice is on another level x we love Jess on the entertainment team x she was friendly and reminded us of home x thankyou to the evening service by Rahmen & Andy, nothing was too much x a big shout to the pool bar & Gyros bar x your service was great and always friendly x we have the holiday blues and Sienna misses her holiday friend Remmi but we will look forward to the next family get together x thanks for the memories xxx

I have been coming her since I was 14 and now I am 35 so...a long time! Where to begin? I will talk about my most recent trip which I got back from yesterday and the compare previous trips I guess. I had booked this trips MONTHS ago and emailed at the time of booking to request the hotel rather than a room which spans all the way down to the beach. I am a single Mom to one Daughter, and prefer being in the hotel rather than slightly more remote. It is also from experience, more modern and somehow cleaner? the smell of drains is less too than out in the remote rooms. I had an immediate response to my email to say they would try to accommodate my request. You would think months in advance this would be ok and a definite answer would be provided before arriving. I emailed again and I had the same response as previously. Upon arrival, we had a remote room. great. No explanation and certainly nothing could be done to move us at some point. They requested my cases to be left at the front of the hotel for someone to take them to the room. This in theory is kind but I was told it could be hours before our cases arrived to the room. Slightly disappointing and also there was probably 200 cases all mixed together at the front doors. It was CHAOS. so...naturally being a single Mom I set off to do it myself and take 44kg up and down 10 flights of stairs. Not to mention hand luggage and a child. Luckily a lovely girl from the hotel was told I was trying to do it by myself and tried her best to help. I arrive at the room 2102 and it is FILTHY. I luckily took anibacterial wipes with me and dust/filth/scum that came off every surface was a health hazard. I didn't take photos because I didn't want my child to be upset so I dealt with it. Under the bed is a white and silver squishy toy that's melted everywhere and the scrum around the shower and sinks is honestly not healthy. We showered with flips flops on and didn't use the rainfall shower head as it had black mould in every droplet outlet. So, we used the handheld shower head. The smell of drains was mind-blowing so I sprayed as much perfume as physically possible. Now, you might think 'this woman might be a clean freak' and I am, I like to live in a clean home and I expect a £2500+ five star resort to offer the same. The towels are old and stink. Take my word for it. Anyway, we 'settle in' if you can use the phrase and the air con stops working and shows 'FS' on the screen. I ring reception and they sent someone to fix it. They didn't fix it so I called again and they came again. He told me that 'FS' isn't an error code for the air con unit so I looked blankly at him as thought to say 'right?' he told me that an engineer will be out tomorrow to look at it. It's 30 degrees In Greece and I'm in a filthy room with no air con and no help. ok. We take a walk to reception to discuss the whole thing at this point. There is apparently no other room to send me to. They also said an engineer has been twice and there isn't an error code of 'FS' so I asked them if they thought it was wasn't being truthful. To which I had no response and they told me there was no solution. At this point there are two other guests at reception seemingly very unhappy about their own experiences so you can imagine the energy. Finally Alexandro (I think) who is a supervisor I believe; asked to come to my room so I willingly invited him. He soon figured out the error code on the aircon was 'F5' fair enough I thought it was an 's' my mistake. He told me it would be fixed and in the mean time got the fan from the bar and gave it to us. We are now exhausted so we go to dinner. The food has a large variety but it is not what it used to be and we found it very difficult to eat. It's very salty. Moving on to WATER...they do give you two bottles a day in your room. BUT...dont be fooled by the all inclusive. You can't just have more water. You have to buy it. There is a filter section at dinner but you just cannot drink it taste thick and salty. Now if you're a gym rat and water is your main hydration, care about what goes into your body and likes water then take money for lots of water. They used to have a huge fridge that you'd just take a bottle of water from 24 hours a day so I was very surprised that this has now gone!!! If you want other drinks then that I can't comment because I didn't make use of that facility. We decided to leave early as it was not fun. We called reception and booked the bellboy well in advance to help. I rang once he was 10 mins late and I was told he would be an hour. No help to me as I would miss my airport transfer (which they knew!!!) so yet again I did the cases myself and luckily on the last set of stairs a guest helped me. How embarrassing to watch the guests do this and there was several staff members watching. Reception staff...were blunt. I think thats the best word. Don't assume to get help. Michaela has the nicest energy and you can see she genuinely does care. The pools...are great! There are around 8 pools I think so the variety is good. Pick your sunbed carefully though as you can't move the umbrellas. This really is personal it may or may not bother you. if kids need shade though youll need to move around. The pool snack bar is good. This isn't new to me but its may be useful for you...it is a remote hotel. You can't walk anywhere from the hotel so you need transport. You need to get familiar with the bus service as Taxi's are RARE. Now, if you're getting a bus and its full which is likely then you cant get on so be prepared for that especially when returning from Kos town. Its not clear where to stand even 21 years later and there are no signs on buses to know which is going to be yours so its like a stampede. Luckily for the people left this year they sent a second bus but that isn't a given. TamTam bar cafe is a delight and worth a visit which you can access from the beach. The entertainment at night is much better this year than previous years, there is music and some form of fun going on! It is loud and goes on until late so if you have tiny kids just know that (we don't mind it.) All in all...the sad part is I won't be going back. after 21 years of LOVING this place and spending my teenage years feeling like it was a bit of a home. It isn't anymore. There are places like Michelangelo which is UNREAL and also 5 stars. I think it is seriously better priced and you can take kids too. They are known to serve you and have guest experience as a priority. Its very close to Kos town so much less to negotiate with late buses etc...I would recommend just taking a look there first. For me the kids summer holidays are memories of a lifetime and you get 18 of them at a maximum before they're going with their friends. This one is a wasted opportunity of memories. I don't know what's changed MarMari palace but you're not the same anymore the heart has gone.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Greece and enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Emma, who made our stay even more memorable. She was always kind, open, and full of positive energy. Her teen entertainment was incredibly creative, fun, and engaging, and she always made sure everyone had a great time. Thanks to her enthusiasm and dedication, the activities became one of the highlights of our holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Overall a great Hotel with a beautiful location. While everyrhing ist already nice itself, my stay went to a while other level thanks to the entertainers. Especially Santos ist a capable man who understands to motivate and entertain people, as well are Jolina and Larah. It aligns with Robinson standards in my view. The only annoying thing was the still water taste an the Gym, which can't really be used. However, the large variety of Sports and Entertainment courses as well as the Paddle and Tennis courts make up for this.

We spent a week here in July 2026 with our three-year-old daughter. Our room was next to the family pool, which was spacious and included a knee-deep toddler pool where our daughter loved paddling. It felt like a safe, relaxed place for her to play while we watched from the side. It was quieter than the main pool, which suited us perfectly. The main pool is a great area, with a snack bar and plenty going on, but we really appreciated the calmer atmosphere of the family pool. Our room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, a large shower, and a camp bed for our daughter. We had a sea view and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. The only drawback was the limited storage beyond the hanging space in the wardrobe; some shelving or drawers would be a welcome addition. Although it was not an issue for us, rooms with a bath may be useful for families with younger children. We really enjoyed the food in the main restaurant. There was a wide variety of choice, and the themed nights were excellent. Our daughter has a specific diet (PKU), and Michalis, the executive chef, prepared her meals separately and did a fantastic job. Maria from Guest Services was also extremely helpful, both before our holiday and once we arrived, arranging a meeting with Michalis to discuss our daughter’s needs. We are very grateful. A special thank you also goes to Janette, the restaurant manager, for always being so friendly to our daughter.
