Writing this on behalf of my parents Ann & Peter, just come back after the 4th consecutive visit to this wonderful hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, everything spotless, every member of staff are fantastic and so kind. Food excellent and great variety everyday. Entertainment is very good and varied. Entertainment staff are excellent. The rooms are a good size we’ve stayed in, always perfectly clean. Parents are nearly 80 years old and they feel well looked after and comfortable. The staff feel like family now, can’t wait for next year.

Been here a few times alway enjoyed it,sorry to ssy the food is always cold , it was cold every day for 2 weeks, its not rocket svience to keep food warm they are breaking the hygene laws serveing near cold food, its a lovely hotel with lovely staff with a few too many leaders to be fair,pools are always nice , ate out most nights at taverna nestorus just over the road , great food , great drinks, lovely staff

Well, once again where to start with the hotel.... ABSLOUBTELY AMAZING. our 3rd stay here now and things just go from strength to strength with the place! upon arrival we we're met with smiles and hugs and remembered from our previous visits which is always amazing considering the footfall the hotel must have. I'm not going to write a massive review like previous as nothing has really changed it's been 5* on every occasion from the gleaming tiles, spotless rooms and communal areas I've never seen a hotel this clean. also the gardens are pristine too. Food same as always, really really good choice from morning to night always something to find and not forgetting the great snacks from the bar from Marianne who is an absolute credit to the hotel with her beaming smile and bagfuls of energy. This does now lead me onto the main part of our holiday which of course are all the bar staff who really do make this such an enjoyable break. from morning til night they are full of energy and just give the hotel the right vibe it needs, they see who they can have a laugh with and those who just want a quiet drink. from George and Barbara in the day who are always willing to have a chat and see how your day is going and then onto other George of an evening again always up for a laugh and how they remember your drinks is beyond me! finally onto the glue that keeps this bar running the one and only Donna. Donna you truly are one amazing woman and a person we now see as a real true friend. even when we aren't there Donna always pops up online for a quick hello and bit of banter which i think is amazing.! The reps have an unlimited amount of energy and are great around the pool during the day and on the stage of an evening. never ever pushy with getting people to do anything but even the wife got involved this year which she would never of done before just goes to show how comfortable this hotel makes people feel. finally onto the owners Smaro & George & family. wow wow wow what a set up you have and the fact you interact with the guests on a daily basis is just fantastic. I love the fact Smaro took time out of her evening to come say hi and ask if we enjoyed the shows (which we did) and I laughed that you awaited my approval on your facebook page with a like. haha finally on a slight negative from other reviews, I see someone has said that refugees stop at the hotel, please educate yourself before posting such a ridiculous comment as they are actually the amazing acrobats (you probably watched) whilst at the hotel.!!! Just back from this very friendly hotel.All the staff are very friendly and helpful.The hotel and grounds are cleaned constantly.We had a room in the annexe on the ground floor which opened out onto the lovely pools with our own 2 sunbeds on the patio. The 2 Irish girls Nicola and Louise were so good and kept everyone happy with their games on the grass and in the pool,such great friendly girls .We will be happy to return to this hotel.A very good 3* hotel could easily become 4* with a bit of improvement with the food and drinks.Go you will have a wonderful time,
