Having just returned to the UK from Kos, we had another wonderful experience at the Tui Suneo Niriides Beach hotel. This was our 3rd stay, and we are looking to return later this year. It is an excellent run family hotel. The family and staff are so friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The whole hotel and communal areas are spotlessly clean and well equipped. The all inclusive is excellent. The bar has an excellent range of drinks, cocktails, slushes, sodas and bar snacks. The restaurant has an excellent array of hot and cold food, caters for vegans, vegetarian and even the fussiest of pallets. 24 hour hot and cold drinks stations, serve yourself with a glass or carafe of white, rose or red wine ar lunch and dinner times. Kettles etc are all provided in the rooms. Fabulous daytime and evening entertainment. An excellent 3* hotel that caters for your every need. 99.9% disabled friendly. On the whole... A truly fabulous time had by all.
Good food excellent staff and nice room
Lovely hotel with excellent staff
barbra lovely bar staff and large variety of drinks to choose from
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the TUI SUNEO Niriides Beach Hotel and can honestly say we would happily return in the future. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a great first impression. We checked in late in the evening and George, along with another member of the reception team, they both made the process smooth and welcoming. George was excellent, as he remembered our names from the very next day and always took time to stop and chat whenever he saw us. On our final day, he came over personally to check everything had been okay and saw us off, which was a lovely touch, such a polite and friendly man Our room was located on the second floor overlooking the pool area. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice sized balcony with a lovely view over the three pools. The bathroom in the older block was slightly small and the shower did turn it into more of a wet room, but this was not an issue for us as it was always dry when we came back in the evenings. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel itself is a decent sized property but never feels overcrowded. There are four pools in total, all very clean and well maintained. One of the biggest positives was the sunbed situation. There was no need to rush in the mornings, as there were always plenty available even later in the day, which made for a very relaxed atmosphere. We stayed all inclusive and enjoyed the food and drinks, particularly lunch which had a good variety. We chose to eat out most evenings in Kos Town, not due to the hotel, but simply because we enjoy exploring local restaurants when travelling. A special mention must go to Donna at the pool bar, who was friendly, funny, and gave excellent local restaurant recommendations. The two we tried were outstanding. The bar staff overall were consistently friendly and welcoming and were always available to pour a drink when we became somewhat parched in the heat 😉. The entertainment team, Selma and Louise, were also excellent, bringing great energy and engaging guests without being pushy. The hotel also offers evening entertainment including cinema nights, Greek nights, and tribute acts. We did not personally attend as we preferred to spend evenings in Kos Town, but it was good to see a variety of options available on site. The location is excellent. There are several tavernas within walking distance, a lovely coffee shop nearby (Bikers coffee, must try if you want a really good coffee), and a bus stop just a couple of minutes away with regular buses into Kos Town at €1.50. Walking into town takes around 25 to 40 minutes depending on pace. The beach directly opposite the hotel is pebbly with rocks rather than sand. The sea looked beautiful and some of our party did swim and enjoy it. Swim shoes are recommended. Sandy beaches can also be found in Kos Town. The atmosphere at the hotel was relaxed and friendly, with a good mix of couples, families, and all age groups. It was very relaxing during the day, with only the occasional rooster adding some local charm. WiFi was generally reliable with only occasional dropouts that did not cause any issues. Overall, what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff and the welcoming atmosphere. Combined with clean rooms, excellent pools, great location, and a relaxed feel, it made for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing base in Kos.
