TUI SUNEO Niriides Beach

My wife and I visited TUI SUNEO Niriides Beach Hotel once again, and every year this place feels more and more like home. That is exactly why we keep coming back! Everything was perfect once again from the atmosphere and cleanliness to the incredible service. The bar staff were always friendly, fast, and full of positive energy, while the housekeeping team kept everything spotless every single day.A very special thank you to Nikos and his amazing team, who truly are the heart of this hotel. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication make every guest feel welcome and cared for. Nikos is always smiling, respectful, and attentive, creating such a warm and positive atmosphere around him. You can clearly see how hard he and his team work every day to make guests happy, and they absolutely deserve recognition for it.People like Nikos and his team are the reason guests return year after year. We cannot wait to come back again soon!

The staff are what makes this hotel what it is. To be clear, this hotel is not the best hotel. It does not offer the best food or drinks we’ve ever had, but offers enough that you will not go hungry or thirsty. This being said, for the price, you get amazing value for your money. It’s spotless everywhere. The staff (Donna, George and Marianna to name a few), were amazing. Great location as it’s just a 30 minute stroll into Kos Town. Absolutely would return again. Our tips If you like a straw for your drinks, bring some with you. Bring a refillable water bottle. Bring beach towels.

Very clean hotel, food ok some very nice dishes & salads can't say it was excellent but you won't starve. It was our room that let the hotel down, it was room 207 inland view, we did ask to upgrade to the new annexe pool rooms we were happy to pay extra but told we couldn't. The room is small the bathroom tiny with a small shower cubicle which had no door so absolutely soaked the whole floor. The beds were very old and hard and lumpy but the worse thing was how thin the walls were, Im used to my husband snoring but for the whole week I had to put up with a duet with next doors husband 🙄 the noise of some guests coming home in the early hours shocked us to be honest shouting singing banging their doors Im all for people enjoying and having a fun night but respect the other guests. God the walls and echo of the long corridor..it is the noisiest hotel ever in the old part!! Obviously this is not the fault of the management but its nice to sleep well and rest well on holiday we can't say we did sadly. Top tip try your best to upgrade to an Annexe pool room. Fabulous position lovely stroll into kos town. Lovely atmosphere and the bar staff Donna, Barbra & the 2 Georges were absolutely fantastic so happy and chatty, lovely lady collecting glasses too. The entertainment will get better its the start of the season, the young girls were lovely ..good luck girls.

We first visited this wonderful hotel in July 2022 and absolutely loved it. A last minute bargain came up and we returned last week. From the minute we walked through the doors it felt like coming home! The staff absolutely make this hotel what it is i.e. FANTASTIC! Reception - Always smiling and happy to speak. The check in was very smooth. Bar Staff - Donna and her team are just the best. Barbara and the two George's along with Donna provide a superb service. Always smiling and happy to chat with us. Not forgetting the smiling lady who collected the glasses (sorry we didn't get your name). The drinks were better than the last time we visited so well done on those improvements. Restaurant - The Kalimera and smile from the lady making the pancakes each morning absolutely made our day! The waiting and serving staff worked very hard and again always gave us such a warm welcome. The food was really good and I never struggled to find things to eat. The spinach and cheese pies were my favourites! Entertainment - The Suneo entertainment team of Louise and Selma were really good and they did a great job encouraging us to participate in Kub, Shuffleboard, Pool, Quizzes, Silent Disco, Dancing on stage etc. We don't usually join in with things but the atmosphere in this hotel encourages you to get involved! The hotel put on some great acts with singers, acrobats and Greek dancing. Our favourite was definitely the Silent Disco - quite the workout but great fun. Cleaners - The lady who cleaned our room (blonde pony tail) was so friendly and always had a smile and a good morning She did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy. Management - Smaragdi and her son George were so friendly and kind in recognising us and welcoming us back as returning guests. They run this hotel so we'll and it is clear to see if you watch them overseeing everything to make sure guests have the best experience possible. They showed us the new building at the top of the complex which will have TV, Xbox games, pool tables and table tennis. To summarise we think this hotel has a warmth and family feel that cannot be beaten. Well done to each and every one of you. We look forward to seeing you again at the end of August.

We had a great experience overall, the reviews prior to our visit were relatively mixed but I would definitely recommend visiting. There were of course pro’s and con’s, but ultimately everything you desire in a holiday you can find here. Things that I believe need improving: firstly, the aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful with onlooking balconies and modern visuals as you can see in the photos, the front of the hotel however isn’t as welcoming and quite bare, upon arrival there was minimal lighting and the hotel sign is hardly visible, to the point we didn’t even know we’d arrived at our hotel. Although this could be resolved easily with some lights and a more inviting sign, first impressions do matter! Secondly, food for the most part was great, lots of variety at each meal and snacks throughout the day, it was cold on a few occasions however, which a few people we spoke to had an issue with, there is a microwave provided but microwaving each meal becomes a bit of an inconvenience. The final thing I would say is, despite the staff being absolutely brilliant from the chefs to the waiters, to the amazing bar staff we met, there were some occasions in which the entertainment received noticeable criticism from senior staff which was somewhat uncomfortable, especially since they did an incredible job and managed to induce a lot of the customers there into the activities all throughout the day. I understand they are working but their job is to entertain and criticising staff in front of customers isn’t a brilliant look, the girls were great and made the experience for us so perhaps it would be appreciated by customers and them also to acknowledge their successes. The consensus despite these few issues, was overwhelmingly positive. And to reiterate as it needs noting, the staff were incredible from start to finish and could not do enough for anybody, they really made our experience. Bar staff members, particularly Barbara and Donna were a pleasure to speak with, and again Selma and Louise the entertainers did an amazing job, very friendly and accommodating. The food, despite a few cold meals for us, was largely enjoyable and varied. The hotel aesthetic was perfect and reminiscent of 4/5 star hotels, but only once you had walked through the front door due to the somewhat blank appearance at the front. The location is great and maybe a 30 minute walk to Kos centre or a 10 minute scooter ride, so you won’t struggle to find things to do outside the hotel. We all enjoyed our experience here thoroughly, alongside almost all of the other guests we spoke with and would definitely visit again!
