TUI SUNEO Niriides Beach

On first arrival hotel seemed quite nice. Was greeted by the guy on reception who seemed pleasant enough. Was given a room in the main building and although it was a sea view the room was very poorly maintained and don’t get me started on the beds. Never in my life have I had such an uncomfortable bed. Food was quite often cold but couldn’t really fault the fried eggs at breakfast as they were being done fresh on a regular basis. The bar staff although very friendly sometimes Dr George would probably be a little to over familiar with his jokes and banter sometimes switching to his Greek language to critique some of the guests at the bar unaware that some of these paying guests actually understand a bit of the Greek Language, so maybe be a little more discreet in what you say. But Barbara was absolutely amazing she always greeted everyone with a smile and was always pleasant. The pools are lovely and you could almost always get a bed, however I did observe people actually putting towels on sunbeds around midnight/early hours which seemed rather unfair but the night reception guy didn’t seem to notice or not care. It was hard to relax around the pools near the annex rooms as there was a lot of young adults taking over them with ball games and although I’m all for having fun it felt like a 18-30 Ibiza holiday with the noise and some of the language. But in all fairness the staff did warn them about the language. I’d read lots of reviews regarding this place before deciding to book and all were mainly positive, but being the kind of person I am who notices quite a few things, in my opinion if you’ve been here more than once you got treated differently you could see the staff had their favourites. I went with the hope of a relaxing holiday and to my disappointment I didn’t get one and with that I wouldn’t return as it just wasn’t to my taste.

Probably the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in . And what a fantastic holiday. Place is spotless, and during the day time always a sun bed available around one of the pools. The entertainment staff are great as well as all staff to be honest. A special mention to the the bar team . Donna and her team are amazing.. all 3 George’s , Panos and Barbara. A special thanks to doc George for the help (pissed Scotsman). Great place highly recommended.

We are currently here now but sadly leaving tomorrow. It’s honestly been the best holiday we have ever had. The entertainment staff are absolutely amazing and the bar staff especially Barbara and George who are the most kindest and funniest ever. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff and they are always smiling and having fun. Without a doubt we will be returning.

We visited for 11 nights in June 2026 for our honeymoon. This was our first time visiting the hotel and we were not disappointed. We were in the main hotel in room 215 which was nice but I highly recommend upgrading to the annexe pool view rooms if you can which we have done for our visit next year. The food was amazing even for my husband who is vegetarian. I have never seen a hotel so clean and all the staff were so attentive. I enjoyed running down to Kos marina every morning and there is lots to do in Kos, you will not be disappointed. In our opinion, this hotel should be a four star. We can't wait to visit again next June!
