Aiora Aqua Resort

We went for vacation with my family and we couldn’t be happier! Out highlight was the animation team, Athina, Tyna, Rosę and Weronika from the kids club, they hosted Activities all day long for everyone. We loved the hotel and everything herę made our holidays memorable!

I highly recommend the bar and waterpark! We went there for a drink. The staff provides great service and makes you feel very welcome A special shoutout to the DJ who plays top-notch music, we could not stop dancing! We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back!

Myself and my girlfriend and just returned from a 7-night stay at the Aiora Resort. Overall we have had a pleasant stay and would consider returning again. Upon booking Aiora we found there was limited information, as in no facebook group and limited trip advisor reviews therefore we took a punt and got the holiday fairly cheap with a swim-up room. The resort is 1-1.5hr transfer from the airport. We were staying in 110, amazing Swim-up room with sun covering the pool all day with the sun reaching the terrace around 12-1pm. The room was clean and a lot of space. When we arrived, the TV would not work and noticed that the TV control was broken - went down to reception and they said that maintenance would come to the room and look - this didn’t happen. Asked 2 further times, maintenance arrived and accused us of breaking the control but replaced this. The food was very nice, the only struggle we had was breakfast - repetitive with no live omelette cooking station. Breakfast also finishes early at 09:30. Other than that, lunch and dinner repetitive however nice. They have a snack bar near the pool bar which makes fresh pizza - they were delicious. The drinks selection is very limited - all cocktails machine made with 1x bartender serving. Occasionally, someone comes around and takes orders which is good. We are unable to comment on the main pool situation however would highly recommend a swim-up as they’re so warm and refreshing. Mosquitoes are a problem in Rhodes - please take/buy repellent but this isn’t a problem from the hotel.

Overall the hotel is okay, Some parts are really good others let the place down, Wouldn’t recommend booking without a swim-up room as the main pool gets towels thrown on at 7am sharp😂 and is very busy. Food team are brilliant clear plates fast, very friendly, The drink situation of this hotel is what lets it down a lot, Every bar serves different alcoholic drinks and some have a very lack of choice, They have one main bar in the evening with 1 person working behind it making drinks (seems to be because they rely on a automatic drink machine which does the cocktails for them one at a time)at one point there was a queue of atleast 10 people with it not moving for 10 minutes because they have a backlog of paper orders. So just be weary if you’re spending a lot of money to go to this place, we didn’t mind as much because we got a super cheap deal. Overall wouldn’t say it’s worth the money I’ve seen it advertised for in others months.

The stay in Aiora was great. The amenities are new, modern & well cared for, the staff is very friendly. We had the chance to meet the animators Tyna and Rose, who made our stay even better! The rooms were cleaned daily, the receptionists were welcoming and understanding. Nonetheless, I was struggling with Wi-Fi connection which was very bad/unusable in our room. The food was alright, maybe a little too fancy sometimes, which made it harder to choose from for the kids (apart from fries & nuggets which we didn't want them to eat twice daily). Anyways, overall we enjoyed it.
