Aiora Aqua Resort

We have had the most amazing week here! From start to finish each member of staff has gone above and beyond. The bar staff and animation team were wonderful, our son absolutely loved all of the attention he received and they were all so friendly, fun and welcoming. Visiting with a baby we were unsure how relaxing our holiday would be, but the swim up pool was a fantastic addition for our holiday. The room was large, clean and comfortable and perfect for us as a family of 3. The hotel is really beautiful, the food was great, there was always a wide variety and allergens were always listed (with an allergen myself if I needed further guidance the staff and chefs were always there to help). All staff in the restaurant were lovely, chatty and helpful! Food was always very fresh and was all good quality! The hotel is a short walk from a beach and there is a bus stop right outside if you want to explore the island more. Also a small shop attached to the hotel which is great. We had lots of fun at the water park and enjoyed a complimentary meal at flames. Overall we had the most fantastic week here and we will absolutely be returning! We couldn’t recommend more to anyone looking for a relaxing week in Rhodes.

A few little changes would make this hotel a definite 4 star. Staff all polite friendly, agree with everyone views on animation team always speak even though we don’t join in. Rooms: we were in a room with a hot tub on balcony, lovely touch but a good tip would be bathrobes or extra towels and bath mat we found ourselves showering to go in coming out showering all with the same towel. Dining: no concerns with food choice always something for everyone although was at times only like warm not hot. Drink: now this is where improvement is required no sparkling wine I asked for an aperol spritz and it was made with white wine a big no Iv never been to a hotel that does not have sparkling wine please add this to your drinks menu. Wine was not the best on tap. Cocktails didn’t look nice so didn’t try them. I would like to think these reviews are being helpful but iv read a few about the drinks and having just left the hotel clearly hasn’t changed. ( hopefully next season ) Pool area relaxing Entertainment your usual all inclusive Quiet resort just what we wanted. We did book to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary usually hotels would acknowledge this but they didn’t and it was in our booking. Would I return yes but would like to see these small changes in place but apart from that it was a lovely week in a pleasant hotel.

Absolute brilliant hotel, staff were amazing so polite and friendly, food and entertainment were great, rooms were so clean couldn’t do enough for us, Mo on the entertainment team was an absolute pleasure everyday & Also Tommy nothing they could not help with lovely people, would defo go back again, thank you guys for such a pleasant stay x

This hotel is simply stunning. Firstly, the location is lovely for those looking for a little private getaway. It’s not hustle and bustling of people and makes it feel very special. The hotel is modern, clean and beautiful, both day and night. We stayed in a junior suite with a swim up room and it was like being in our own villa! The showers are wonderful, there room is clean and housekeeping come round daily to clean if you would like, to refresh towels and bins etc The entertainment team really made our holiday. Tommy and his team were brilliant. We never felt pressured to join in with activities but they made it so you wanted to, as they are so likeable and lovely. The food from the Buffet is great, with a different themed night each evening and a differing menu from lunch to dinner, plus the deserts were scrumptious. The staff in the restaurants were very friendly and professional and you can tell that they care about the hotel and want to keep the place clean and well maintained for guest satisfaction. You also get a visit to flames, which is the onsite al a carte restaurant, with a set menu and it is Devine! You do have to pay for drinks whilst there but my partner and I did not mind at all spending a couple of euros on a refreshing cocktail each. The only thing I would even consider needing a closer look at would be the drinks. This is obviously down to personal preference however I found that some of the cocktails were undrinkable and a bit medicinal tasting. However, the staff at the bar do table service on an evening and what gentlemen they are! My partner and I already have the holiday blues and will certainly be back to Aiora for another stay.
